Ordered food taste was good. But these places are now cutting down on protein portions and fill your wrap with rice instead.
When you are paying over $20 for a wrap you expect at least 20% of wrap been protein instead of 3-4 pieces of protein piece that are placed here and there.
The owner is COPY & PASTING the same response to all the low rating reviews here. That’s the only thing they can do after giving a bad experience to a customer. Trying to showcase that they are worried about bad reviews but looking at older reviews, you can tell that they don’t care.

This location is very very slow in service. Understaffed always! It usually takes 30 minutes just to get a burrito. Only one person in the store usually takes forever and they prioritize uber eats! The food ofcourse isn’t bad it’s the time to make an order

It took 25 mins to give my order at the shop! There was nobody. Hardly any rush! Turns out they forgot to put my food in the fryer and started serving other guests. Very unprofessional. The staff was untrained and my food felt like was made by untrained staff

I don’t really like writing reviews but I was there tonight and ordered three burritos. One ground beef for my son who was excited to eat it. I got home; and there was no ground beef in his burrito - plus there was ingredients in his burrito that we didn’t request; so I couldn’t add my own ground beef, which I shouldn’t have to do. I don’t normally go to this location, but I won’t be coming again.

One of the worst burrito i have eaten. I like fat bastard personally, but this location didn't meet the quality standards. Chips were too oily seemed like directly taken out of freezer and frued it. The salsa was too watery with no taste
