Ordered from Uber eats, Chips are stale taste like very old and Bitter. Probably they fry in engine oil. Burritos are only rice not fresh veggies no test only garbage.
Did not eat just throw in garbage.

I ordered a burrito through Uber Eats and it was honestly the worst burrito I’ve ever had. I selected multiple veggies, but all I got was mostly rice and lettuce—barely any of the veggies I chose. On top of that, the portion of sauce was laughable—just a couple of drops. It felt like no care was put into preparing this meal. A complete waste of money. Please take more pride in what you’re serving people.

Absolutely terrible. This was the saddest excuse for a burrito I’ve ever had. No veggies, stale lettuce, and it was practically empty inside. Tasted like disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. Don’t waste your money. I always enjoy fat bastard burrito, but this location has been a big disappointment!

Ordered uber eats from here, the quantity of burritos and loaded fries was very little compared to other fat bastard burritos. Very disappointing

Food meh. Don't have all toppings that they list as toppings available. Ordered chicken burrito with waffle fries. They have no condiments to go with fries. Service ok, but only customer there, would probably be worse if busy as only 1 employee. Table sat at was dirty.

This place needs to stop leaving one person working during busy time. Took 45 min to get my order! They are also vastly understocked. Whoever owns this clearly doesn’t know what they are doing. The person working was doing their best with the busy line and It wasn’t fair that they were taking in store orders, online orders and making the food alone at 7pm. whoever manages this place needs to stop being so lazy and cheap and have at least two people these during dinner time.

I came to this location and asked for double protein because I have a LA fitness gym membership and I was denied because it was not a GoodLife gym membership. I have used this same deal at other Fat Bastard location in the GTA and had zero problems.

This deal is promoted even on official instagram page of Fat bastard.

Hopefully this reaches the area manager for Fat bastard chain and takes some action on this.

Had 2 orders 1. Ground Beef Tacos - extra beef, no jalapenos. Paid for but did not get extra protein. 2. Shrimp Tacos - extra shrimp, mild salsa, no Chipotle Aioli, no spice. Paid for but did not get extra protein. Had both Chipotle Aioli and a dark red sauce unidentified. No mild salsa. Like this was actually someone elses order. My mouth was on fire and I have a low tolerance for spice. I would have sent it back but I didn't want to send my 70 year old husband out in the snow again. Total waste of money and now my stomach is in pain. I will never order from them again. They obviously don't care about their customers. They definitely don't listen to any thing they are told. Took total advantage of an elderly man and took the money for the extra protein but did not deliver. What kind of people do that.

She literally put a pinch of cheese on the burrito. A burrito place being stingy with the cheese is an affront to Mexican food
