Regret coming here a second time. Portion sizes are pathetic, their ingredients are mostly spoiled. Many, many better options available based on food quality and portion size. People working there are dressed like they just came in from a run. Brutal. Guy asks me if I want chips.... LEGIT put one nacho and crumpled it up to make it look like a feast.

I order at the counter and didn't have any issue.
The portions could improve as they are too small, the size of the spoon they use to serve is ridiculous. It's a big portion of rice with very small amount of other ingredients. I asked for Guacamole and I could never find it in my burrito.
Flavor is good in the other side and service was really nice.

This location is a SCAM!!! Like many others have already mentioned in the reviews, they are making food with missing ingredients, especially Uber orders! I ordered two burritos from Uber with MULTIPLE ingredients, and got burritos with rice, beans, and some coleslaw. Even the goddamn hot sauce and burrito sauce were missing. I immediately called the location and the lady said “sorry we ran out of ingredients, you can get your refund through Uber, we can’t do anything about this.” So you basically have next to no ingredients or sauces in your store? Is this acceptable? Also, it’s not that easy to get a refund from Uber. Basically paid for a burrito packed with rice. This place is unbelievable!!! By far the worst service I have ever received, please stay far away from this location. They are ripping people off left and right and getting away with it too. The owner needs to clean up his act with the way he is running things at this location, because he is tarnishing the image of a good franchise.

Take out was not ready despite ordering in advance, and was told to wait an additional 30 mins after arriving even though I ordered 10 mins before arriving at the restaurant. Never had this issue at other locations, they always had my order ready by the time I arrived.

Order through uber eats july 5 1830 hours, a dude wanted to see my phone so bad otherwise he will not give me my order. When the restaurant has no other orders, completely missed the order notes and did just opposite what was written in instructions. He literally did not put a thing in burrito other than rice overfill. What a shame! Never had any other problems with fat burrito but this one, never coming back. Service is also terrible its like walking at the russian border

Ordered pickup from here and I paid for 2 drinks but only got 1. Not transparent with their prices and fees that I pay for – when you order pickup they also add a $0.50 fee before taxes. Didn’t know I was going to be swindled $4 + tax ($3.50 drink + $0.50 pickup fee) for nothing but the company’s own benefit. ?‍♀️ Feel free to do the math and see how it doesn’t add up in my receipt.

Parking: Lots of parking but you’re better off getting food somewhere else in that plaza lol

Ordered pickup for two veggie burrito bowls from here with black beans as protein. Got home only to realize that there were barely any beans in the bowl and the bowl wasnt even filled properly. I can probably fit all the beans in a spoon. Called them back and they said this was the right amount

We ordered 2 big burritos from this place via online order. This was the worst burrito I ever ate. Both the burritos were not full. Half the toppings which we requested were missing. I could only see and taste rice and beans. The burritos were not marked so we had to differentiate the burritos on our own. There were no napkins in the bag. They need to stop being cheap and give the customers proper quantity for the price they charge. Never ordering from them again.

Manjinder showed 10/10 customers service, great employee. Made my experience perfect. On the other hand I met another formal worker today who was the exact opposite. I was let down how she rushed my order and apparently didn’t have shredded cheese ”available today “ which is crazy to think a burrito restaurant wouldn’t have cheese “available today”. Her service was awful at best and my food was very rushed and I don’t feel like I got my money’s worth as I even paid for extra chicken on my bowl. Hopefully you guys can train more employees to be like Manjinder.

Absolutely atrocious service. Have the order written and can't even follow basic instructions. Employee and owner start arguing and don't even apologize for the blunders. Worst location. Never asked for Jalapeños, no noodles, extremely disappointing.

I usually dont leave any reviews. But i had a really bad experience today. I ordered from uber eats and went there ti pick my burrito and when I opened it, it was completely burned and since it was buy 1 get 1 I couldn’t even get refund from uber eats and i had to throw it. Worse experience ever!!!
