I usually dont leave any reviews. But i had a really bad experience today. I ordered from uber eats and went there ti pick my burrito and when I opened it, it was completely burned and since it was buy 1 get 1 I couldn’t even get refund from uber eats and i had to throw it. Worse experience ever!!!

absolutely garbage food and garbage service. The worst burrito I ever had couldn’t even finish them. Employees were the rudest, they been lying to people all day that fusion sauces are not included, when I showed them what it said on their own screen the girl said oh we ran out. Never going to try this dump again.

Someone ordered food for my from here on UberEats and was excited to get food from here because I do enjoy FatBastards. But when my order got here, both my burritos were not the ones ordered on UberEats. It was majorly disappointing. I feel like my order is pretty basic and to mess it up as bad as it was is embarrassing. Both burritos were the same order because I was gonna save one for the next day. But as you can see in the photos, there shouldn’t be any corn, any black beans, no lettuce and no pico de gallo… my order was also missing jalapeños, refried beans guacamole, salsa and crunchies.

I ordered a burrito bowl and come to find out they do not offer onions, tomatoes, and SALSA! I dont understand how this franchise is operating without such crucial ingredients. Will never be coming back here again. Server was dismissive and kept saying the franchise owner is the one to blame.

I ordered for sautés veggies bowl and mentioned everything that I wanted them to add in my bowl, but they only put rice beans and lettuce along with coleslaw, no veggies at all. Also when I called she told me to take refund from Uber and that they can’t do anything about it. Worst thing she just hung up while I was still talking on the phone. Worst service ever!

Amazing food, the staff are very friendly and strive to help you and don’t drag their feet trying to make your order, the only thing I can say is I love onions in my burritos, so having an option for diced regular medium onions would be nice because I’m not so fond of the green onions, but overall great food.

Ordered through uber eats this is what I got for veggies burrito no veggies no gau no nothing just rice and torti...Save yourself and better off cooking and home or Burtioboyz is much much better..Also called restaurant to complain said this is what is told by the owner how it is to be prepared cheapters to next levelAlso below you will see standard response which robotic and nothing is going to happen business as usua awesome steal the money for food great
