Paula was so so great to work with. My wedding was postponed due to COVID, and then when rescheduled, was not sure which phase of Ontario's reopening the wedding would fall under. Paula rolled with all the uncertainty and changes gracefully. We probably went through 4 different menu changes, from multiple stations, to packed lunches, to packed breakfasts, to plated dinner, to buffets. That too a south asian menu, for 3 meals!
