I always believe in tipping for good service, but it should be voluntary, not forced. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope the management reviews their policy to ensure customers are treated fairly.
Incredible service ! My server “Sana” went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience . I would highly recommend this establishment for anybody looking for a casual stress free environment .

We chose to sit on the bar side, and our experience was made even better by Thalia, who was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcomed throughout the evening.
The food and drinks were outstanding. We ordered the cauliflower wings, chicken wings, and finished with a classic cheesecake for dessert—all of which were delicious and beautifully prepared. The flavors were rich yet balanced, and the presentation added to the overall charm of the meal. Even the music was lovely, complementing the entire vibe of the place perfectly.
Overall, this is one of the best late-night dining experiences I ever had. With its amazing food, delightful drinks, and exceptional service, it’s a place I’ll definitely return to and recommend wholeheartedly.
