Every time I come in, I always ask for Kelita! The happy hour food is amazing and she always has the best recommendations. She remembers my drink order and makes it just the way I like it. She’s really turned this restaurant around for me, such a joy to be around. Thank you Kelita!!

Worst service I’ve experienced in a long time. The waitress was rude, confrontational, and created an extremely uncomfortable environment that completely ruined our meal.
We were initially seated at a booth where the table was visibly dirty. We moved to the table next to it, and when the waitress came looking for us, we explained that we had moved because the table had not been cleaned. Instead of acknowledging the issue or apologizing, she became defensive and argumentative, insisting it was clean despite crumbs clearly still being on the table.
From that point on, her attitude was hostile. She provided no customer service, spoke to us with short, dismissive responses, and made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable the entire time. Her demeanor was unpleasant and unprofessional.
After the interaction, I spoke to another staff member, Sunny. While I appreciate that he stepped in and covered our meals, I would much rather pay for a meal and receive a respectful, positive dining experience.
A restaurant experience should make guests feel welcome. Unfortunately, this was the complete opposite.
I would rather drive further to another location than have to deal with this waitress.

A i haven’t been since i was a kid in my hometown location which has been closed for years now. i finally decided to do the drive to the closest one which was this one, definitely worth the 1 and a half drive! the food was just as good as i remembered it sucks that the balarney chips aren’t on the menu anymore but they still made them for me and they were delicious! fish tacos were amazing as well! i wish we still had a location close to me i would go all the time.

This place has extremely gone down hill I came six months ago and everything was perfect service was outstanding. Today January 29th I chose to come to the Brampton location for my birthday dinner I asked for the 6oz steak with Parmesan fry’s and the vegetables
When my food arrived there was mashed potatoes not Parma fry’s on the plate the steak was wayy over cooked when I asked for medium rare I sent the whole plate back the serve then came with a plate of basically plain fry’s with a tiny sprinkle of Parmesan not at all matching the look and taste of the last time I came here safe to say I probably will not be returning

I've been going to this location since it opened (2016?), and I've never been disappointed. The food is Top Drawer, with my two favourites being the Tuscan Chicken Pasta, and the Chicken Schnitzel. Yummy!!! The service is Awsum, and the ownership (Sunny - I hope I spelled that right) is Amazing!!! This is one of my 'GO TO' places for great food, great service, and an Awsum Atmosphere, whether it's for a fun family outing, or you just want to get out for some great food. Highly Recommended!!!

Ordered steak and mushroom pie on Uber eats from this location and guess whats missing from the pie , the damn steak , I'm absolutely appalled as I used to work prep at trinity commons location, I cannot believe they had the audacity to fill the pie like this I was always mindful of steak to mushroom ratio while filling whoever is on prep needs to be supervised or retrained I'm very disappointed and now very hungry .
