Went there today for a beer and a bite to eat. The place was clean and ready to serve. The cutlery and furniture was clean and well presented. We were immediately approached by the server, a lady with an impeccable friendly manner. Our beers came quickly and the meal arrived in good time. I had the Steak and Guinness and my son a burger. The food was hot and good, as always. Fionn's is a good, well managed restaurant and I consider it to be one of the better establishments in this area.

Every time I go to this restaurant, the service seems to be worse. When we arrived, our server put in an order for our drinks and brought them out quickly, but it was the end of her shift and said the bartender would now be our server (at 5pm). We were there for 2 hours and barely saw our new server (Thallia). After asking for the bill, we waited 20 minutes. When she finally brought the bill, we asked for the machine and then waited another 10. She was unfriendly and although I’ve only ever done this once before she did not receive a tip. There was no thank you for coming, no have a good night. It’s safe to say I won’t return. Don’t waste your money folks!

This is the best spot of the year for me the food was amazing!!! From appetizer all the way to coffee and dessert. The shrimp appetizer is to die for and steak to my liking to bad it was only a 7 oz. I loved the bailey's coffee. I will be back there first change I get. Can't forget about the service, great staff. Next time I will sit down at the bar and enjoy the game with the boys.
