They catered for my company BBQ in our building parking lot. Food was well cooked and organized, and they offered a decent selection of burgers and hotdogs. Sides included salad and cookies. They had sufficient staff to serve and cook the food.

We used Fire It Up BBQ for an outdoor event this past weekend and were amazed at how great the service was. From the moment we reached out to them to inquire, the customer service was great. The day of the event, the staff were on time and set up quickly, the food was amazing and all our guests went back for more, and everyone had a great time. I would definitely use Fire It Up BBQ again for any event. The price points are the best in the game as well. Definitely recommend.

FIU catered my best friend’s wedding during cocktail hour and dinner service. The lobster rolls, lamb chops, steak, grilled vegetables and shrimp were spectacular. I definitely ate more than I should have.
This was the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, no exaggeration. I’m actually quite disappointed that they don’t have a restaurant because I don’t know when I’ll get to eat their shrimp and lamb chops again.

If I could give 10 stars I would! I had this company cater a work BBQ event on Canada day which had almost 200 guests. Peter and his team were a pleasure to work with from the time they arrived to the end of the food service. They were so accommodating, very efficient and their customer service was second to none. I opted for the all you can eat package and I was so impressed with how efficient they were with cooking the food as every thing was cooked fresh and there was never a wait for food! The food was cooked to perfection - the steak was tender, the burgers, sausages and chicken were juicy; the side salads were so flavorful and delicious! Everyone complimented how good the food was and how friendly Peter and his team were. I can't thank Peter and his team enough for making my event a success and I look forward to working with this company for future events! Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of food and their amazing service and would highly recommend this catering company!

Fire It Up is a fantastic catering and event planning service. I was a guest at a special family friend birthday celebration with over 100 attendees (various ages and ethnicities). It was planned as an outdoor event and the weather did not want to cooperate. The event however was great regardless for several reasons but to a large extent the food, quality of service, and upbeat atmosphere created by the catering company. The event started with an antipasto spread and as rain poured down with ease everything was shifted under cover. The bbq smelled wonderful and when it was time for lunch there was no shortage of absolutely delicious piping hot options; from steak, to large flavourful shrimp skewers, grilled chicken, juicy sausages and great burgers, accompanied by any topping or side you can imagine and also the option of grilled veggies and salads. No one was commenting on the intermittent but frequent downpours but all were obviously enjoying the food and fun. The staff was smiling and courteous even though they were frequently required to endure the rain to best arrange for seating for guests, and to keep things as dry as possible. I was very impressed with the quality of food and service and would highly recommend this catering company.

Great to work with before and during the event. Very self sufficient, set up and took down very efficiently. Delicious food and great people the day of to work with. Very calm, patient and understanding. We printed out what each of the 115 guests had chosen, but I think our guests didn't quite remember or used the list well, if there is a way to better streamline this it would be great, but a minor recommendation to improve an already great service.

Absolutely amazing service! Booked them for a mash up party of multiple milestone celebrations towards the end of covid protocols and was super hesitant because I wasn't sure if they event would even be possible. They were so easy to talk to and worked with me to give me a sense of security when booking. Day of service was amazing and the team was prompt and awesome with all of our guests. Food was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so pleased with the food and it took the stress off of us to have to coordinate dinner for everyone. Will definitely use them again and continue to promote them for who ever is looking for a catering idea.
