This place doesn’t have cleanliness at all. I order a subway sandwich and the person was counting money they started making it without gloves and they burnt my subway sandwich too. When I told the it’s burnt black and it smells like it they said it’s just well done.

I asked the girl who works at the FireHouse Sub on Financial, Thursday evening Dec 12, through a phone call to please add cucumber and bell peppers to the sub, that I ordered through the app. I tried to be super clear and concise, told her my name and that one sub was veggie but the app doesn’t allow for add ons. She said yes. When I went to pickup the order the girl confirmed with a smile that she had included the vegetables. Lo and behold, she obviously did not. I thought “maybe she put it in the other sub” since I bought 2. Nope. She confirmed almost 2-3 times that she put it in the sub and she never did. How shitty.

I'm a regular customer, and I've tried almost all sub- sandwiches and all are very delicious. My favorite one is Club on Sub, most of the times I ate this one.
Moreover, the owner, manager, and the staff has friendly nature. The atmosphere of this restaurant is awesome.
Because of these all this restaurant is my favorite. And I advice all of my friends to visit there and have sub- sandwich.

I preordered some platters from this location and I have to say I am most impressed. They were patient with such a large order to schedule and with all individual dietary needs. They followed up the day before and on the day of had everything perfectly organized including separating veggie options from the meat options. I highly recommend this location!

Good food and chitchat spot

Jaskamil was so sweet, happy to take our order even though we walked in just before closing. She was also super polite to the man who made a big deal about having to take his order to go (it was 11pm lol). Great subs as always!

I love firehouse subs however this location needs major improvements. I ordered a new york steamer sub through the app but the staff gave me a steak and cheese sub instead. Also more than half of the drink flavors were unavailable for their fountain drink machines. Management needs to look into how this location is being run.

*Edit*: Management was very helpful in resolving my issue with the sub and I would like to thank them for the effort they have put in. The flavors on the drink machines, however, need to be restocked more frequently as they are still out of coke and other major drinks.

I'm convinced Subway has done the world a disservice by lowering the bar so much. Firehouse shows that sandwiches can be delicious if you invest into the right ingredients. If you can get the limited time Pastrami Reuben, do it.

Staff was exceptionally polite. Sun was shining into the building today. What else can I say about a sub restaurant? Table where I sat and waited had tiny little dropping from a previous user. No biggie.
