The place had a calm atmosphere.

Ordered my food to go and got home (5 minute drive away) bottom bun is completely wet and soggy literally inedible.

Firehouse....let's talk i mean caprese sandwich with no basil, but you put the basil on advertising poster on the side ........all the deceased Nonna's are rolling in their grave 😢 do better !

I used to really like coming to this location, but recently my experience has been pretty garbage. I’ve only been there twice lately, when I used to go more often, because now they always try to rush me or talk over me, even if I’m the only person in line.

Last time I was in, I wanted to do the “build your own” sandwich, and as I was trying to say what I wanted on it, the worker kept interrupting me to ask “is that it?” after literally every topping. I only removed two things, so it’s not like I was putting an absurd amount of items on the sandwich.

They also seem to act like it’s an inconvenience to answer any questions about the food. For example, we have dietary restrictions and often need to double check if certain ingredients are included in sandwich options. It’s not always something you can find online ahead of time, so I think it’s fair to ask the people actually making the food. They should know what goes in the sandwich.

On top of that, when the person I was with changed their mind about which sandwich to get (while still ordering), the staff seemed visibly annoyed and said they had already started making the original one. I understand it might be frustrating in some cases, but we hadn’t even finished ordering or paid yet.

Overall, the service at this location has become increasingly rushed and dismissive. It’s disappointing, especially since it used to be one of my go-to spots.

Ordered via uber eats, turned out the chicken was uncooked and the all the veg and chicken were extremely soggy even the bread was taste like
cardboard. Couldn’t able to eat everything was fallen apart from the bread. Very disappointing for overpriced sandwich.

Just tried the new sub at Firehouse Subs and it’s an instant favorite! The bread was perfectly toasted—golden, fresh, and had a great crunch. Inside, the veggies were crisp, the toppings generous, and the flavors blended beautifully. Bonus points for the signature pickle on the side, always a perfect finish. Big shoutout to the team for crafting such a satisfying and hearty sandwich. Definitely worth coming back for!
