Fantastic owner and customer service. I placed an online order 30 minutes before closing and the app told me that the order did not go through because the store was closing soon. Next day, I found out I was charged for the order and that the store did make my order and threw it out because I didn’t come to pick it up. I come in person to the store and the male cashier called his boss and they made me my whole order again!

It was my first time trying out firehouse sub and it was amazing! I’ve always been a subway person and I decided to try something new! Firehouse sub is so WOW! There are no words to describe how incredible their subs are, it’s just wow!! Full of flavour and sauces and fresh veggies and a pickle on the side! Their bread is so soft and you can actually bite into unlike subways bread. I really loved their food and it’s not super heavy food. And the gentlemen who served us (Indian man) he was so awesome and had great customer service skills.
I really recommend everyone to try this place at least once. It’s great for a quick snack or lunch.

My husband and I frequent this location and it never disappoints! We always get the same subs and each time is better than the last, quality ingredients and great service. I wanted to point out one employee’s service as it was outstanding and left us feeling cared for, we came in on dec 14 in the early afternoon to dine in and the service from a gentleman with glasses was top notch! He checked on us often making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was going well, such a kind man. Even though this location is a little out of our way we will always return! Thank you to the staff at this location😊

Came on a Sunday night for takeout. It wasn’t busy and the restaurant was fairly clean. The service was good, and the wait for our sandwiches wasn’t too long. We ordered a small soup, a large sub, and a medium sub. After leaving, we realized the soup was missing from our bag, so it was an inconvenience to drive back to pick it up. They compensated with a free cookie that we didn’t really care for. That said, the food itself was really good. We’d give it another try. Hopefully they double-check the bags next time. Two subs, and a soup, the bill was about $45.

we just ordered CHILLI and OMG chilli is sooo water down !! there is maybe one spoon spoon off actully chilli then everything is poor water !! STOP scamming people !!! this need to be review by the owner and the head office !! watering food to make more is not acceptable

Refused to take $100 bills

the presentation of the subs is always so bad. soggy buns, overloaded with lettuce, and all the veggies and meat are just tossed in there with no regard for sandwhich integrity. everything falls apart after a few bites, and becomes inedible halfway through. would rather eat from any other sub place because at least you can see them make your sub - and not wait till you get home and open up a box full of disappointment. do not eat here, the quality of this place went down the drain since 2021
