Had a timed order expecting the sandwiches to be hot and fresh. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were left out and received them cold. They also forgot to include a side chili I had added. On top of that the customer service was awful. Will not be returning again.

I ordered the hook and ladder I’ve been getting it for a while and this time around it was toasted when I brought it back she got very snippy when I said it’s toasted and I never get it toasted I said no don’t want it toasted she said you should have told me then I told her I always order it and it comes steamed warmed she took the large sandwich back reused the meat and gave me back a cold bun I’m not impressed in the last two days I’ve spent over 75.00 she won’t let you talk even which is very unprofessional!

Asked to have their hot sauce on the side which usually comes in packets so there’s no cross contamination, the woman working there said no, you can self serve from the one provided to pack and go. There’s an unhygienic component to that and I don’t like it even though I know they had packets.

The bottle of the hot sauce was cracked and spilt all over me when I tried to pour it. My coat now requires dry cleaning and it squirted all over my suede shoes too which is impossible to take out without damaging them.
Totally ruined the whole experience of getting firehouse. Spending $43 to be rejected on a hot sauce package is crazy to me and also not inclusive to Firehouse customer service.
Been coming to this location whenever I possibly can to support them as I’m between two locations most of the time.
I have been a loyal customer to firehouse but this left such a bad taste as I ruined my clothing and shoes for her to be stingy on giving me a packet. I’ve tried cleaning my coat but the stains aren’t coming out.
Will not be visiting this location with my family or even friends - which I will share this story with. Good day!

Someone here isn't using their brain. Put the container with the opening facing down sauce/oil leaked through the bag and all over my car seat....and also pickle when I said no pickle..lol come on. It also really pisses me of that I've been getting ads for pepperoni subs $6.99 if you order from their website but, when I got to their website there's no pepperoni sub...like Really pisses me off

Got a meatball sub and one of the meatballs was burnt and hard. Not worth it anymore. Paid almost $25 for sub par cold burnt food. Never again.
