We visit this location every 2 weeks but today that's the worst experience... The meat had not flavor, over cooked, the hamburger bread looks bad, small and older.... The guys had a bad reaction if you don't have a tip for them, then the tip is not optional, is mandatory??

This place has changed since I was last there. They’ve moved around the seating and updated the decor, it looks great! I wish there was a better waiting area for takeout but this restaurant is excellent. Today I tried the lettuce burger (no bun) and I have to say it was the best burger I’ve ever had!

Third time in a row that my order wasn't accepted on Uber eats from them. All 3 times were at different times and days. I understand this happening once in a while due to it being busy, but at this point, I think it's just the refusal of employees to work. I have never experienced this from any other restaurant as frequently as i have with five guys (this location specifically).

Something has gone horribly wrong here. I was driving by and thought I’d stop in for a delicious double bacon cheeseburger…no condiments for me! I opened it on my way to work and realized this was not 5 Guys, small patties both width and depth, it was perfectly formed like a frozen one, greaseless, tasteless and dry, I think shrinkflation and counting on the condiments to get a flavoured burger is probably the plan. The fries were good but overall a total disappointment, I won’t be back

Why would anyone ever eat anywhere else. For the same price as a Mcdonalds combo, you can get yourself a juicy burger and the most fresh, yummy fries made with real potatoes. Store is super clean, staff is friendly and wearing all proper food handling hairnets and gloves (something you don’t see much in Brampton anymore). Well managed location

After hearing rave reviews about Five Guys, we finally decided to check it out, and it did not disappoint! We tried their beef burger, and it was everything we hoped for — juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious, and it made for a truly satisfying meal.
The setup is simple, but the focus is clearly on quality, and they absolutely deliver on that. If you're a burger lover, Five Guys is definitely worth a visit!

They were just closing but agreed to do one more order for me which I really appreciated. Even made the changes I asked them to the burgers after I had ordered. I really appreciated that. First time ordered burger all dressed and i was standing ,luckily, saw them making it and when i got it i opened it up and noticed 1 extra topic i paid for was missing so i gave the burger back got that added.
2 nd time i order poutine with gravy on the side and never got the gravy.
You need to open your burger, dogs or any order and double check they will take your money at the counter but you might not get what you paid for, be careful.
The WORST burger ever. Bread is SAGGY , the patties are very DRY and NO TASTE at all. Doesn't meet our expectation. They're using over used oil which you can see the color of the fries is too dark. Five guys burger is the WORST burger at all. I ended up throw the burger in the trash because we dont want to eat a burger with a saggy bread and dry patties. GARBAGE BURGER!!!
Five Guys is one of my favorite fast food spots due to their consistently high-quality food. The burgers and hot dogs we ordered met expectations, and the dining area was clean with friendly and organized staff. However, I was disappointed to find that the complimentary peanuts were moldy. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they simply mixed the peanuts to hide the moldy ones at the bottom of the box.
This is not what I would expect from workers who should be more aware of the health risks associated with mold, especially near an open cooking space. I’m sharing this to inform other patrons and hope management takes action to better inspect the peanut supply before offering it to customers.
