Today was a great day at Five Guys. It’s as good today as it was when the chain first opened years ago. Massive burgers with lots of fries! And best of all - free peanuts while we waited.

We visit this location every 2 weeks but today that's the worst experience... The meat had not flavor, over cooked, the hamburger bread looks bad, small and older.... The guys had a bad reaction if you don't have a tip for them, then the tip is not optional, is mandatory??
This place has changed since I was last there. They’ve moved around the seating and updated the decor, it looks great! I wish there was a better waiting area for takeout but this restaurant is excellent. Today I tried the lettuce burger (no bun) and I have to say it was the best burger I’ve ever had!

Third time in a row that my order wasn't accepted on Uber eats from them. All 3 times were at different times and days. I understand this happening once in a while due to it being busy, but at this point, I think it's just the refusal of employees to work. I have never experienced this from any other restaurant as frequently as i have with five guys (this location specifically).

Something has gone horribly wrong here. I was driving by and thought I’d stop in for a delicious double bacon cheeseburger…no condiments for me! I opened it on my way to work and realized this was not 5 Guys, small patties both width and depth, it was perfectly formed like a frozen one, greaseless, tasteless and dry, I think shrinkflation and counting on the condiments to get a flavoured burger is probably the plan. The fries were good but overall a total disappointment, I won’t be back
