If I could give the service 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I came in for the very first time today and it will definitely be our last. Service is appalling. The sign says “wait to be seated” but no one approaches you. Waited several minutes before realizing there was a waitlist. Many of the customers also had no idea there was a waitlist. You, as a customer, have to approach the young ladies at the counter to figure this out for yourself. The girl with curlier dark hair was rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. When we finally got sat, it took another 20 minutes for our server to take our order. We overheard another table having an issue with her. She kept forgetting items when SHE would ask if we needing anything else. It was such a bad experience. Service was an absolute joke. Very disorganized front of house. The only thing this place has going for it is THE FOOD!!! Cooks were hustling and getting food out fast, hot, and tasty. Kudos to the chefs in the back. They know what they’re doing.

Terrible experience. The service was horrible. I would NEVER GO BACK THERE. I also wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here either. I’ve been to many breakfast places and their service is way better than this place not to mention a lot more people to serve and they serve you quicker than this place. We waiter over a half hour to get our food and these waiters have no personality.

Flips has been here for long time and have been serving Bramptonians breakfast for many many years. The eggs are always cooked to perfection and I love their breakfast. We visited them last Sunday and were served by Arsh, she was so pleasant and polite. If your in the area, stopover and give them a try.

Nice place. Resembles a mom and pops. The pancakes were great. However, they need to become a bit more health conscious. I couldn't have egg whites; I had to take them with the yokes.

The w*rker named MIDORI is one of THE BEST servers, she was severing and SERVING, she don’t play about her orders, she also loves her Dubai matcha chocolates Starbucks! The food had me bussing, I loved how they had SF vanilla syrup, I highly recommend the French toast!

This note is to the owner. I am thinking of coming down there with my whole family. I always like to read reviews about the restaurants. I noticed you never owned up to the negative reviews. You come outright to say a customer is a liar,wow to me this is very rude of you.What I expect from you is I am very sorry, then you can debunk the issue. I am here reading reviews, so many pleasant reviews though but,the few negative did not really put me off.Do you want to know what really put me off, your attitude and response towards customer's who left their homes to come spend their hard earned money. Owner, please retrain yourself and talk to everyone nicely. I don't think a customer would be that wicked to give a negative review, what's their gain?And,don't forget you are still in business because of the customer's. If there's no customer, there be no you.Always learn to accommodate every reviews.So,for this reason, I will pass.I won't be coming there with my family. After few months, I am reading the customer's feedback and, the owner is still so rude.I saw in 2 different customer's reviews that you cook hairs there,please owner, stop feeding customer's with your hairs Again, talk to people nicely, customer's are the reason you're still in business, just know that Mr nasty owner.
Had the Campfire Skillet, and it was absolutely delicious! Gunet was the one serving me, and she was amazing, honestly, she was everywhere, hustling around and taking care of the entire restaurant with such great energy. Loved the experience!

Writing this as I’m sitting here waiting for my food for over an hour. This place is a hit or miss. Came here a while ago for the first time: was good. Coming here now on Mother’s Day: terrible, terrible service.
We got seated, and around 4 other groups of people came AND ordered after us (even a table of 6 and we were 3). We questioned the server and she said the order didn’t go through as she FORGOT to put in the order, and that they didn’t even make the food yet. INSANE. How are you a server and can’t do your one job? Take the orders and deliver it to the cook. My Father has diabetes and has to eat, and he had to wait an extra hour due to the SERVERS (young white girl, ponytail, long dirty blonde hair. name: Gillian) mistake.
And I already know the owner is going to reply with some insane untrue and hostile reply instead of apologizing for their servers mistake, as they’ve done with every other 1 star rating.
