First visit and a very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly and the restaurant very clean. Special mention to Costa whose excellent service made this experience so special.

Flips has an extensive menu. I really enjoyed their breakfast plates. The sausage is very tasty and careful hot! everything is greasy but that makes the food tastier. The pancakes were mid. The hot chocolate is perfect for the cold weather. Their burger reminds me of Krabby patty, very well presented. I love the smashed patty. The all-meat omelette is very filling as it has ham, bacon, sausage and egg. We had to take the half home. The fries were perfectly cooked and tasty and...

Love that they close at 2 but we can still walk in at 1:50 and can stay and eat never seen that anywhere.....however no credit cards are accepted and unfortunately it gets hard if you don't have debit or cash. Good food.
