I went to get a burrito few days back and they made me the worst burrito i ever had. But i didnot put a bad review and instead, i complained over the call so that they know their mistake and they can make it right from next time. Today, i went there again at around 8pm and they told me to wait 2-4 minutes as the rice were not ready. They did gave me an alternative that they can put extra lettuce but i have never had a burrito without rice so i didnot knew if it would still taste good and i did not want to waste my money. Cross checked 5minutes later, they said the rice are still not ready and there is already someone waiting from 15minutes so i can wait too. But i had to go back to work. It was really very disappointing as i feel that the rice should be cooked a little in advance so that people do not have to wait. Left without getting the food.

We tried the tofu burrito and a vegan soy ground. Both burritos very nicely made and well filled and the way Fresh Burrito mixes all the toppings in the burrito makes the burrito taste consistent and better.
We immediately fixed the catering order and the manager/owner Sahil did a nice package for us. The catering order as well was very well made and the entire attendees were impressed by the freshness and quality of the burritos.
So glad that Fresh Burrito now has so many vegan options. Keep it up Fresh!

Friendly service was very courteous. Provided vegan options. Tried the tofu burrito with cilantro lime dressing which was amazing. Small size was well stuffed and quite filling. Would visit again.

This place is one of my regulars. It’s my go-to burrito places compared to all others because of their unique menu choices and how flavourful the food is. They also offer really delicious sauces ! There have been a few times where I’ve seen some toppings look not fresh - so they should be more aware of that as it’s not a good look for a place that has “fresh” in the name. Would have gave 5 stars as customer service has always been good, but the washroom was not clean. It’s said that the washroom represents the level of attention given to all cleanliness - so should be taken seriously.

This place is literally my first choice always if I want to have a burrito. The service is amaing even if I order for takeout or order online. The guy makes the meal the best way he can and is very gentle and humble.
