I used to love coming to this location, but lately two specific staff members have made the experience frustrating enough that I don’t want to return.

One of them is always stingy with toppings and sauces, telling me I’ll be charged extra if I ask for more, even when what she puts on is far below a normal portion. I’ve been coming here since this place opened, and no one else has ever done this.

The other employee is worse. She constantly has an attitude, rushes me through my order before even finishing the first part, and often makes mistakes that I’ve had to ask her to redo. The food ends up tasting absolutely disgusting when she prepares it. Not just on one occasion but every occasion.

It’s a shame to write this because the manager/owner is very kind and welcoming, but these two employees have consistently ruined what used to be one of my favorite spots.

I wish I knew their names but I don’t , however both employees are a bit shorter compared to the others.

I honestly recommend others to go the other locations (chingousy and Queen or Kennedy and Queen) far better customer service and food that consistently tastes amazing .

Too bad service, never accept online order as an excuse their tablet is not working and it not been working for years.. I pay extra on the app so that the order is ready for pick up however they prepare when I go in to pick up the order... I have to call them after placing order to accept the order.. they don't share number for supervisor and no one replied to email.. Will never recommend to order here..

Stale rice, stale veggies and totally unhygienic place. Cross contamination everywhere. Did not even give protein in saute veggies burrito. Girl was super rude. Get professional staff and work on your hygiene. Do not recommend this place at all.

Visited the location today and the rice was not fresh. Never had such an experience with any other FB locations. The amount of salt added in the tofu was unbearable. Please do taste before serving it to the customers.

Aditi provided amazing food and service. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. His friendly and welcoming nature made the meal even more enjoyable.
