Fresh Burrito

So we came here to get the supreme fries, i understand how restaurants get busy and i asked for green onions for my fries but the girl added red and then asked me to wait for another 10 minutes to make it again. Also, they were super rude like its my fault. I think they don’t understand what customer service is.

I really like the vibe of this chill hang-out food joint in Brampton. The staff is friendly and courteous. Also, the menu options are fairly priced. You get a decent variety of Mexican and fusion foods with quick service. The food quality is supreme.

A while back, this store used the best in all of Brampton, in my opinion, but now, it is the worst. I ordered a large bowl, large as in big right? nope, what I got was a glorified regular plate for the price of a large bowl. Are the staff allergic to adding food? If I am paying almost $16 for a large bowl and I get a slightly large regular, it's pathetic. And before the owner comes and tries to shame us the customers, yeah, we are asking for extra because that's how we get the regular large bowl size, and you complaining about us not understanding what extra means? This explains why your store is dead most of the time because of your terrible service. And don't even get me started on how bad your portions are when I get food delivered.

If it's a "franchise thing," then how come other Fresh Burrito stores give more filling plates? And yeah, my friend has the right to be frustrated as well when we come to this location and hope to get a good meal for our money, but instead, we get jack all. Seeing how you reply to customers' reviews, I fear how bad you treat your employees and wish they get a better owner 🙏🏼

paid for 2 large bowls, got basically a regular. even asked for extra stuff like corn, and the person barely put corn. I'm shocked because earlier this year, the bowls would actually be full. The photos I posted are bowls with "extras" included and paid for. won't be returning, even though I love burrito bowls

EDIT: Chingucousy and Sandalwood location, we got extra everything so if that is the standard for extra everything, then what is the standard for a large bowl without extras? It was a take-out as the review stated.
If the standard for a large extra topping/beans is a noticeable worth of empty height and width in the bowl, I am appaled to imagine what a large without extras is.

I just don’t understand how the service could be this poor. The server barely put any beans so I said please add more black beans. Then I asked for all toppings except corn, but extra onions. At the end I realize 50 cents were added for extra beans and 50 cents for extra topping. How does this make sense? I paid as much as a large burrito bowl for a regular because I asked for more black beans and onions as the server barely put any.

The staff member said the manager threatened to reduce pay if they don’t follow instructions?? That is illegal. This place has good food but the worst service.

Edit: as for your reply. The problem is when you give minimal toppings for a burrito bowl ofcourse someone is going to ask for extra. I don’t get this problem at Quesada or burrito boyz. Maybe stop being cheap with toppings when you charge more than other burrito spots while giving less toppings? Thank you :)

Also funny thing is how you reply with defence to every bad review rather than apologizing. What ever happened to customer service?

Also Mr or Miss Manager, what is your response to employees being scared of you about reducing their pay? That is ILLEGAL in Canada.

I had the worst experience at this Fresh Burrito location. The service was incredibly slow, and it was clear that they were severely understaffed. It took an unreasonable amount of time to be prepared, despite there being very few customers. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the overall atmosphere was chaotic compared to other Fresh Burrito locations in Brampton, where service is usually much better. Extremely disappointing and frustrating—definitely not worth the wait!

So happy I've had the opportunity of stopping in today. This will definitely be added to my roster of foods when I'm in the area.

Probably the freshest steak I've had in awhile for my tacos, and all the ingredients were fresh and vibrant.

Specials on Tuesdays for tacos as well.

Non Cooperative staff

Very poor customer service, I didn’t feel the voices matter for them even if they have bad customer service experience.

Today, we visited this place for the first time. I was not sure what to order so , beautiful girl named Simran helped me choose chicken bowl for lunch. She even assisted me with sauces with a dimpled smile on her face. I really enjoyed my food. Would love to visit again. ??

This place used to be the best for burrito bowls but I don’t what happened lately, like they don’t know how to make burrito. No taste no sauces in burritos like its used to be. I don’t know who they hired now, but sir they don’t know what they are doing.
