Fresh Burrito

Very concerning experience at Fresh Burrito today (March 20, 2026 around 5:30 PM).

I found a piece of plastic inside my chicken burrito and almost swallowed it. This is a serious food safety issue. I am currently pregnant, which made the situation even more alarming.

Staff apologized and replaced the food, but this does not make up for the risk and distress caused. This reflects a major lapse in quality control and hygiene.

I hope management takes this seriously—this should never happen.

Quesadilla is so good. Employees nature is very kind and generous. Natasha is very good also, muskaan and kawal is very good in food making.

This is actual Mexican food. A lot of fast food Mexican food is just slop but this is not. Similar to chipotle, they cook they’re stuff fresh, but the wide variety of toppings and flavours make this place unique. The staff is accommodating, the Tuesday $3 dollar deal is delicious and affordable, would keep coming back for more!

Amazing place with amazing food! Always my go to place for a burrito. Muskaan, Nitasha and Navdeep are always serving with a smile on their faces and make burritos just the way we like. They always go over and beyond to ensure our meals are delicious.

Amazing food. The meat is extremely well seasoned and the sauce selection is great. The vegetables still taste crisp and fresh. They also offer tons of options for both protein and vegetables. They also give you a lot of food for your money if you purchase a large.

The supreme fries in particular stand out. Their fries are very crispy and they give you a generous amount of meat with them. The staff here is also very friendly.

The only critique I would have about this place is that most of the menu items outside of the bowls, burritos, and fries are a bit overpriced/not all too great. To me it doesn't really matter too much though, because nobody really goes here to purchase wings. Overall amazing place.
