Feeling sick, I stopped by Fresh Burrito just to grab something easy. Himanshi at the counter immediately noticed and showed such genuine concern. She took real care in preparing my burrito bowl, thoughtfully choosing ingredients that would be good for me. It wasn't just ordering food but it felt like someone truly wanted to help me feel better. That kind of human kindness, especially when you're sick, means the world. Ordered through uber as it was a buy 1get 1 free, really disappointed on the portions that were sent! It’s more like you pay half and you will get half of the burrito bowl! Never ordering from here again!

i ordered their birria fries from uber eats, and i was really excited because i love birria and i love fries, but i was sooo disappointed when my food arrived and there was no birria on the fries. how are you going to forget the BIRRIA MEAT in the BIRRIA FRIES? spent $22 just to get fries with onions and sauce, not to mention the $15 service fee + tip. super disappointing and makes me wonder what they were doing to forget the main part of the order. two stars because the fries were still good, but obvi very upsetting.

I bought veggie burrito bowl regular size and I told her to put rice and two different type of beans. She just put bit rice and two different type of beans just one scoop (very small scoop)of each,few vegitable which is seems like table spoon of each and three sauces burrito sauce,sour cream and chipotle, and she put hand full Lettuce just to show that she made big quantity ( putting more lettuce they are just trying to show that customer are stupid and they are smart) and she charged me up to $14 which is worth only $6.99 $14 just for lettuce???? Other burrito stores give double quality in same price

They dont know how to deal. I visited at 11:30 pm there was two girls one was good but the other looking old was having a very rough behaviour. Putting anything and said no problem. I dont want to try this location again.

Outstanding service at Fresh Burrito. We called ahead to check if the store was still open, and despite our arrival at 11:56 PM, the employee on the night shift went above and beyond. Even though the store was due to close at midnight, she chose to accommodate us with exceptional professionalism.
Working entirely on her own, she managed to serve all three of us promptly, maintained a positive attitude throughout, and prepared our meals with noticeably fresh ingredients. Her warm, welcoming demeanor at such a late hour truly demonstrated dedication, customer care, and an admirable work ethic.
Her commitment ensured we did not leave hungry, and it genuinely elevated our experience. Exceptional employee (kamaljit /komaljit) highly deserving of recognition.

I called them to order a burrito at 11:05 in the night yesterday… the lady answering the phone said I am really busy and will make burrito when you come in the store.. if you want to order something fried then let me know…. And she said this all in punjabi and really rude… je fried lena ta gal karo… like seriously is this your customer service… please get some trainings how to do your job…. If you dont want to do this job… then quit.. give chance to someone who really deserve it… just grow up lady.. hope you will understand when you will be a customer and someone treats you like this which I assume will not happen because no-one can be that rude as you were..
