We got a fiesta bowl yesterday on june 9th The moment i came home my stomach started hurting and i had to use the toilet right away I had stomach cramps all night plus i got diarrhea and it was bad So disappointed Next day my mom complaint the same thing

I have food restrictions I specifically asked for quinoa and she gave me rice. It was far to go back so I literally had to just eat the veggies and the sauce. Pretty disappointing as I was starving.

I had to add my review for the exceptional customer service that this location provided, specially the manager Mani.
There was some confusion with an uber order that got cancelled and CC charged. While Uber refused, I called and explained the situation to Mani who understood and actually ensured that I get a fair resolution. She agreed to honor the order and while it happened a month ago, when i went to the location yesterday she was not present. But the staff heard me, called her and noticed she had my name written on the reciept. After a clear confirmation, without giving me any hard time my ordered was prepared. Kudos to the team! You won a loyal customer.

I don't normally write reviews, but I feel like I should for this place.
Before I walked in, the freshii employee was smoking a cigarette, and the moment he saw me, he quickly went inside to make my order. I ordered a spicy Buffalo roll without chicken, and it came up to 11.99 plus hst and pst, which is really pricy considering how small my wrap was. It didn't even taste that good. There was like this weird filling, and the rice tasted fake.
And to top it off, the moment I left the building, the employee went immediately back to smoking his cigarette. Just shows you how little the employees care. I don't recommend eating here.

I ordered a simple salad that didn't taste good—it was stale! I returned the food with an explanation that it tasted and smelled very bad, but I didn't receive an adequate response. It was a waste of time and money, and there was a lack of expected quality from Simple Salad. I will never eat in Freshii again.
Tried Freshii for first time today. Everything very fresh and quite good. One star off for being pricy and fairly small portions plus charging 3.00 for a water and not having spring water option only Dasani and Smart Water.
