This is the worst freshii location I have ever eaten at ( i’ve been eating at this company and their different locations for 5 years)They are out of stock of everything and the woman who took my order had a terrible attitude. I ordered a greek salad from being out of options to buy what I wanted since nothing was in stock, and she gave me two tiny pieces of chicken on top of my salad. I’m disgusted. Paying 18 dollars for a salad you should expect quality and a good portion. The franchise owner and manager should be ashamed of themselves. Go to the location on argentia because this one is terrible. Bad experience everytime and today was the final straw for me. Will not be returning.

Lady was on the phone when I walked in and during my whole transaction she was talking with her AirPods. She was quite in a rush for me to hurry up and order as I was browsing the menu, sorry strolling on your phone can wait. Also the chicken was flimsy and undercooked and definitely wasn’t something I could finish. I don’t know if it’s just this location or this franchise is going downhill as a whole.

I had a delicious spicy lemongrass soup, and my friend had a Greek salad with steak and we both absolutely loved it. It’s a great healthy choice, too!Sanjaana was very friendly and patient while we asked questions and picked what we wanted. We recommend this location!

Just ordered 2 Oaxaca bowls from Uber eats from this location. Both the salad bowls had stale food items in it, to the extent that avocados were smelling like a rotten eggs with full discoloration from green to black. These guys would have even seen the material quality while just prepping them together, but still end up sending stale and below par quality food. Also instead of putting Kale which is one of the salad items, they end up substituting it with lettuce. They think Kale and lettuce are same salad ingredients. Just save yourself from this store, as they bring shame to Freshii name.

It directly goes to them. I want to tip a person who is making food for me. Not to the business owners. Terrible people.
