I recently visited the Freshii location on McLaughlin and was absolutely blown away. This was easily a five-star experience from start to finish.
The bowl I ordered was incredibly delicious and fresh. The foundation-a mix of brown rice and quinoa-was perfectly prepared, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. But the real star that brought it all together was the spicy yogurt sauce; it was the perfect creamy, zesty finish.
What truly elevated this visit was the amazing customer service provided by Sakshi. She offered incredible service with a genuine smile, making the ordering process quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. It's clear she takes pride in her work.
If you are in the area and looking for a healthy, delicious meal served with warmth and efficiency, you must check out this location and ask for Sakshi! I highly recommend it.

Ordered a bowl tonight and I personally dont like the containers they use it always gets soft.
I ordered 2 bowls for my husband and I. Came home noticed the bowl smelt a little funny almost sour like. I dumped the bowl into my regular bowl and the food is spoilt. They gave old spoiled food!!!

You need to change your staff who is just pleasant to talk to… no customer service first thing.. I bought a tex mex bowl and there were barely any black beans in it… when asked if we could add extra corns, rather then saying sure but that comes for an extra charge. Understandable but the way she said it was uncalled for. Plus you guys are charging $20 for a bowl in which you can’t add some more corn to it… cmon this is stealing people ‘s money

I love the poke bowl with tuna. Although they improve their quality and service in every aspect. I saw some of their reviews. And some people try to demotivate for unknown reasons or very silly reasons. But I loved their food and quality. Must try are poke bowl, budha sattay.

The food was quite expensive for what it was, for a poke bowl. You didn't have salmon in stock. Both of your cash registers were not working. And may I suggest wooden cutlery for takeout and/or steel cutlery for eat-ins. I did not like having to eat my hot soup with a plastic spoon. That said, we sat for a very long time, chatting away, unbothered by your staff.

Went to the location in June 2025. Ordered one $24 something bowl. We gave $50 and expected $25 something in change. The lady, who was chatting on her earpiece the entire time, says she's short .20 cents is that okay? Obviously we say that's fine. Next time I encourage her to short her register instead of shorting the customer. The food was mediocre at best. Would not return to this location. Please do not reply to this with that cut and paste reply. Please and thanks

As a customer, I expect consistency and fairness across all locations, but unfortunately, this specific branch seems to operate on its own terms.It’s frustrating when a franchise uses the brand name but doesn’t uphold the values or service standards associated with it. If you’re looking for the reliable Freshii experience you’ve come to expect, I recommend avoiding this location until they align with proper company guidelines.
