I am giving this location 1 star because I had to. I have booked a surprise bag from TooGoodToGo. The app said i will be getting a bag worth of $30 for $9.99. First, when I get to this location, only one lady was working with a line up of 8 people. We waited 20 min for our turn. Then when she started preparing the order, it was 1 bowl for which the regular price would also be 9.99 (bowl of the day) or 12.99 max. That upsetted me thinking it not such a good deal if I am getting old food for just $2.99 less. And she did absolutely ridiculous thing when she put only quinoa, chipotle sauce, a spoon full of beetroot and a spoon-full of carrots, which makes it what??? $5 as per their regular price. When we called manager, she was of no help but asked us to call multiple numbers to fix this. I would NEVER go to this location.

Never going back!! absolutely no customer service. Rude staff and they did not bother to greet you or even pay any attention to what you want. The lady was so adamant about doing any modifications to my food even when I was willing to pay for it. I mean I love freshii but my experience at this location was worst. I would rather go to a different location than going back to this one. The staff really needs to get some customer service classes. No wonder the rating is so bad.

The wait time to order food was quite long. I ordered a salad and a tropical drink, which tasted and smelled like onions. I couldn't drink it, it was horrible. The salad was not crispy. I had to throw it away. The price is expensive, for both things I paid $27.42. Lost money. When they handed me the food he just threw it at me on the counter and not a kind word. I will not return to that place, to waste my time, my money and without receiving kindness. I don't recommend it, fortunately there are many much better places to enjoy a good meal without going through that stress.

I went to get an order from too good to go and the order should have been worth 30$ But they got me an order only worth 10$ They are cheating the system and taking advantage of the application, where the purpose of it is to not throw away food. I was really disturbed and after we contacted the manager , her response is to not add any protein or anything expensive and that was disturbing. The orders worth Should have been around 30$ I already paid through the application and I didn't take the food You guys are the worst. Absolute worst. Tricking people To get more customers They tried to hide my order
