I went in and immediately was assisted by Sandeep.She was patient and answered my questions. When I asked about the cleansing drink she recommend a one that has a great favour I like. She was also the one that prepared my foo and smoothie.Overall a great experience for my first time going.

Visited here today with my husband. It was not our first time. I got the new matcha zen smoothie, and he got the chocolate smoothie. When we had entered, the worker was cleaning the bathroom so we had to wait. And then when we ordered, she was nice, but I specifically asked for the full serving of the smoothie if there was any left in the blender because I paid extra for protein - to which she was nice about and agreed. There was some left in the blender when she was done, so I asked her again to pour whatever was in there in my cup because I could see some left. Now, the issue here is, after drinking my smoothie, I got food poisoning instantly - I ran to the bathroom while grocery shopping and it was BAD. When I think back on it, anything could have happened. She was making other food while making our smoothies, and before that, she was cleaning the bathroom. All to say, hygiene and safe food handling practices need to be prioritized when operating a food store. My husband and I will NOT be visiting this location again as a result of this experience

I order teriyaki chicken bowl. I didn’t even see a single peace of teriyaki. Even in menu display the good bowl photo. But here I received very disappointed.

We just ordered 5 bowls on the Freshii app (Buddha Satay, Fiesta Salad and 3 Pangoa bowls). We've eaten at many different Freshii's and tried many different bowls on several different occasions. The bowls we had today were the best we've ever had!!! We were so impressed that we called the store to find out who made them. Thank you Gagan!! Gagan should be training all Freshii employees and deserves to be recognized. We will happily order again, as long as Gagan is the one making our bowls!!

I ordered recently on Uber Eats they didn’t add peanut and avocado 🥑 , but they charged in order very bad service .
I placed mobile order and it was already prepared.Must try their oxaca bowl.yes it is little expensive but it was worth it. Well I must say Shilpa went above and beyond whenever I get my order from her as I know her from the last 1 year.

The girl working there around 7pm has such a horrible attitude. My boyfriend doesn’t even come to this Freshii anymore since he too hates dealing with her. She doesn’t even bother making eye contact, doesn’t bothering discussing anything on the menu but rather pointing at the screen as if I’m an idiot? Doesn’t bother clarifying anything in the bowl but starts walking away and cleaning…… She’s actually ruining Freshii for me.
0/10 customer service skills and very disrespectful.
Also, there is a GoodLife in the same plaza and MULTIPLE people have said that they stopped coming since they hate dealing with her. She usually works around 7-9.

I recently visited the Freshii location on McLaughlin and was absolutely blown away. This was easily a five-star experience from start to finish.
The bowl I ordered was incredibly delicious and fresh. The foundation-a mix of brown rice and quinoa-was perfectly prepared, and the chicken was tender and flavorful. But the real star that brought it all together was the spicy yogurt sauce; it was the perfect creamy, zesty finish.
What truly elevated this visit was the amazing customer service provided by Sakshi. She offered incredible service with a genuine smile, making the ordering process quick, easy, and genuinely pleasant. It's clear she takes pride in her work.
If you are in the area and looking for a healthy, delicious meal served with warmth and efficiency, you must check out this location and ask for Sakshi! I highly recommend it.
