I used to visit this place everyday and ordered the same thing the old staff was very nice and cooperative and the food quality was amazing and the quantity was 10/10 but as of now everything is just opposite staff don’t even know how to take order and they are confused while taking orders apart the food quality was very low feels like eating food that was made weeks ago and the quantity was zero for a $20 bowl staff is rude as well they don’t even accept their mistakes recommend everyone to not to go on this place again .

I'd like to share my experience: I worked at this location for one day after they called me for an interview and said to come in for training the next day. They mentioned they would pay for training, but after working 8 and a half hours, they're refusing to pay, claiming they don't compensate for training. Now, they're not even answering my calls. It's incredibly frustrating, and I'm giving them one star, If possible, I'd rate them in the negatives.

Just bought Feista Veggie. Check out the pic. Very less quantity for 16.99$I asked them why the quantity is less. She just added tomatoes and returned it. Broccoli is missing ..I buy here very often.Today very disappointed with the quantity given for such price.

Use to love this place because on the app you could get daily bowls. They stopped doing which is fin. Now it's a new app and I noticed now the prices have gone up even more. $16 for a bowl is crazy this is why it's hard to stay healthy. ?

I created my own bowl , with brown rice , falafels cucumbers , red onions, mango all toppings were dry and soggy she only put half a falafel , I live my this location but now I drive to the Woodbridge location by hwy 7 and Weston road where they give propper portions and toppings are fresh

I’ve eaten at many Freshii locations, incredibly pleased with my experiences and the food. However, this locations food is VILE. I ordered a custom bowl topped with my usual choices. This time, my steak was hard as a rock, the sweet potato had gone bad and tasted sour in my mouth, causing the whole bowl to smell so disgusting. I still cannot get that wretched taste out of my mouth!!! The broccoli was brown and mushy. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. That bowl led to my stomach being a disaster for the night. I will NEVER eat there again.

The worst!!! Placed an Uber order for a $20 custom salad for pickup. It came with strawberries in it, which I didn't order and only 3 eensy weensy pieces of chicken...the dressing was missing entirely. This is the smallest and worst $20 salad I have ever had. Will NEVER purchase from the McLaughlin location again.
