Really disappointed in the bowls I just picked up. I was in a rush and was passing by Fresh house to grab some smoothie bowls, so I ordered on Ubereats (which is more expensive). One of the bowls is frozen and the other one I got (I’m on a date) is pure liquid. I usually go in and order, which the bowls are usually pretty good. Just disappointed I paid more and had horrible results. I feel the quality should be consistent if you’re ordering in the store or on Uber.

This place is so amazing! It's the hidden gem of brampton. I personally value my health a lot and it can be so difficult to find a healthy food spot in Brampton. This place was a saving grace! I had a I Am Fresh juice and a I Am Grateful bowl and they were AMAZING! Not to mention the prices were very reasonable! In addition to all this, the staff were so sweet and kind; the vibe was so nice too! I will definitely be frequenting this place.

Awful service, and some of the people there are very rude. I placed an order on Uber Eats for the I Am Goji Bowl with almond butter and they completely didn’t add the almond butter to my bowl despite me paying for it. To that order, I added a note saying that I noticed they had a matcha bowl as well as the blu majik bowl on their in store menu and I wrote a kind message and said that if they were able to make that in place of my Uber order, that would be amazing. If not that’s totally understandable by me. Instead of at the very least writing a note back, they absolutely just omitted the almond butter addition from my order that I paid extra for.Other locations I ordered at on Uber Eats, if they weren’t able to compensate for something they professionally wrote a note back and attached it to the order. This place does not.I’ve ordered over $400 from this place so far and I have evidence, but they literally do not have any loyalty program except for returning their glass bottles which you don’t receive many points at all from, nor are they willing to do anything to give back to their loyal customers. This place pales compared to Village Juicery where you actually can get points for every order you make and their customer service are MUCH more professional.One of the cashiers there is also extremely weird and awkward and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I went to this location with a friend and she felt the same way. My friend was ordering and this cashier asked her to repeat herself several times, and then at the end she said ”It’s just because you’re so… quiet.” and stared at her for a while and then gave her a slow smile, still not putting in her order yet, and the entire interaction felt so weird and poorly communicated. Other professionals do not do this but this one particular cashier does.I have been ordering here for a while, and recommended this place to many of my friends. but because of how unprofessional they are and how they take advantage of their customers loyalty, they’ve lost a long time customer. They do not treat their customers with dignity and respect at all, especially that one cashier.
