service and staff was good but i asked two time before ordering kharora soup like, is it kharora soup but it does not had even single piece of kharora in it . too much masala and they served other meat pieces but not kharora.

Have been a customer since they opened up, needs to improve on customer service. The marinated meat options are amazing. The prices are little on the high side bt i think its worth it.

I am regular customer of garcha bros both locations. But since last 5-6 times i have experienced the quality has gone down. As we open the chicken or cook it smells as it is old and not fresh. I have tried to explain this at store but again experienced the same. Yesterday i bought 8lbs raw and marinated chicken and it smelled and tasted like stale . The smell was so offensive that no one even tried the chicken . Other day we bought oven baked fish that also looked like redone batch from some old order as it was hard to chew and dry. It started smelling like other meat shops in brampton. R u guys started buying from same vendor or your quality and maintainance of the products is going down day by day. As this happened many times so i am giving bad review.

Mostly food is good but this time its 6/10 due to chicken taste

Had a Fish pkora , one of worst ever had.
Seems they just heated the one from day before. Very Small pieces and burnt as they were reheated in oven.

Girl was pretty rude at the counter. Manager should look into the issue.

Came in today ar 12:45 to pick up some pre marinated chicken. The employee was in the back doing something. Came out and was wearing gloves. He proceeded to wash his gloves (less than 5 seconds) and tried serving me. Disgusting. I asked him why he wouldn't change his gloves that washing then is gross and you only did a rinse. Said this is how they do it. Absolutely gross. Would not order from here. This is the 2nd time I've seen this and walked out. Garcha meats has really fallen off.

We ordered and paid for 3 pound baked basa fish but instead to baked they gave us fried fish pakora . We were taking it to Pickering for party and we discovered it there please avoid taking any food from here the people working here are cheats and thieves who charge us for some order and gave us something else never coming back.

Garcha Bros Meats is the right place to get fresh meat and different kinds of marinated stuff, too.
They also prepare food for the costumes .
