Garlicky Mediterranean Grill

Great place. Food was great. All the sauce were intensely flavorful. Garlic sauce (toum) was spot on extra garlicky, hot sauce had some good kick, mint chutney was refreshing. Had the beef n chicken kebabs, clerk let me sample the chicken shawarma. Just ask them to do the kebabs well done. Salad was nice n flavorful. They had lots of options. Pricing was decent, they have different specials. Staff was polite and professional and kept asking if it looked ok or anything else was needed. I love that. It's so annoying at some places where staff don't say boo and just slop the food in your plate like your in prison. Service was just a little slow because she was alone doing everything but her mannerism made waiting ok. Everything was made fresh to order. Wish I did dine in but was still nice when I got home. Also quantity of food was great.

This place is so well decorated..The ambiance is very cool..
I tried their spicy honey drizzle and sassy steak supreme combo.. both the sandwiches tasted delicious and very flavourful also their fries were well seasoned and crispy..

We ordered a vegan plate combo via Skip yesterday and were shocked to find pieces of chicken in our food.

This is unacceptable, because of your negligence I accidentally ended up consuming chicken. It’s unforgivable and irredeemable. If you’re worried about dietary restrictions, I will certainly avoid this place, it’s not worth the risk.

great food and customer service!

I ordered chicken shawarma wrap. There is so much discrepancy in their prices. Their website says $10.50, and the server charged me $12.20. When I disputed it , she showed me the menu on the counter to verify, where chicken shawarma was $11.90. I disputed again and their are 3 different prices for the same wrap. I asked to speak with the manager, who apparently was not their. She said she'll call. She went to the bacl of the restaurant and came back after a minute or so. She then said that she spoke with the manager (which was a white lie Becuase the restaurant isn't that big that you couldn't hear a conversation) and the price increase is due to inflation. Also, that they've ordered new boards and everything to make the restaurant look better. I politely asked her that shouldn't the change be made on the website and paper menu first and then the till (system), she said she doesn't know. Then she asked me if I want my shawarma or not to which I replied 'no' and asked for money back. She said she can't refund me. Hence, I was forced to take the wrap. It was am awful experience. They've lost a regular customer.

Since these guys opened their food has been consistent in quality! The chicken is full of flavor, still my favorite falafels, and the ingredients are always fresh no matter what time of day you order.

No babaganush , pita could not hold the toppings and tore apart in first bite , sauces were just bland absolutely pathetic falafel wrap

Traditional bowl was made with very little toppings. Meat did not taste fresh. Called to ask for some type of compensation or credit and the person working did not want to acknowledge my complaint. Will not be going here again. You lost a regular customer.

I had ordered vegan plate for take out and i had to wait for more than 35 minutes. Server was pathetic and she had super bad attitude. One customer was waiting before me, hence, i went and stood up in a queue, she called me before and i politely ask her to complete the other person’s order upon which she told me that he is just waiting for his food so you come first place the order and pay for it. Of course this is a restaurant so everyone will be waiting for foot, however, this is completely inappropriate where you are makes someone feel disrespected and beggar. I wonder how this restaurant owner is catering this kinda staff. I am terrified one day that server will shut down the entire business of the restaurant owner. Most pathetic service i have ever seen

Ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and chicken shawarma wrap. Food was bland although it looks seasoned. It also did not taste fresh and leaves an aftertaste in your mouth. I should have known since I did not see the chicken on a spit. Rather it is precooked in a warming tray. Tumeric rice was also very bland. If you want potatoes in your bowl it’s $3+ extra. the wrap was also very blah. Very disappointing since it looks good. Portions are small compared to most shawarma restaurants.

I recently dined at Garlicky Mediterranean Restaurant and tried the Chicken and Falafel Bowl. It was good, but not outstanding. While the flavors were decent, it didn't quite meet my expectations. Overall, it was an average dining experience.

Nice healthy options in Mediterranean food. I like salads. Good options in food. Staff was courteous and explained the food options. The in house lentil soup was tasty.
