Gentlemen Chai & Snacks

I tried tea after more than one year. Last time too it was stale and lacked any taste. Today I thought of trying again, as it is so close to my house. The ambiance is better, but same rotten taste. No flavour or cardamom. I don’t think this place understands the importance of serving good tea. It is the driving factor.

Ordered sugar free tea hoping to add sweetener, unfortunately they don't keep the sweeteners. That's ok I had spare in my car.

We came here specially for kulcha but it wasn’t worth it at all. Couldn’t even finish it. Kulcha was very sour, pakoras were burnt and food was not fresh at all. Only kulhad chai was good.

This is first time I am writing a bad review for a restaurant. Worst food and worst customer service ever. The girls working there were so rude. Very disappointed and total wastage of money.

Loved the Kulhad Chai—rich, aromatic, and perfectly spiced. The Paneer Platter was fresh and flavorful. Friendly staff and a cozy vibe make it a great spot to visit!

Cold customer service skills and not sure what they are charging extra for when no other business is charging Gst.i have been to this place before renovation, but something went wrong now won't be returning

Bad customer service. Don’t add stuff in your menu if it is sold out every time even at 4 pm not even at closing time.

Had a bad experience in terms of food quality and service. The quality wasn’t what I expected. I watched videos and tried to give it a shot, however, It disappointed us. There were 3 different prices for the same items, different on social media, something else on the menu and came up something else. When asked, the girl looked confused and said the menu needed to be updated. Considering prices and quality, wasn't worthy it.

we ordered food online but item was missing careless service i wll never order again ....wll never order again

I don’t like this place.
I ordered my burger over the phone and they said it took 10 minutes but when I reached there I paid instantly and still I have to wait for 25-30 minutes.
I don’t like there service.
They don’t value the time of people who go there after gaving busy days.
Poor staff.
