Very bad experience, told 25 mins waiting time , got food after 40 mins. Food was tasteless. Dnt feel like coming to this place again
We are regular customers, always order NO cheese on 1 pizza, Dusk Store wouldn't send replacement for messing order up. Told them I will cancel Credit card if they don't replace. 2 HOURS LATER they won't replace a $20 pizza! BEWARE -they ADMIT ONLINE ORDERING does NOT guarantee you get what you want!!! Thanks for NOTHING Steffi & Ali ! "We are trying our best to resolve the issue" - NOT REALLY- Gino's Brampton could NOT CARE LESS! you saw the online screenshot of order. A person with cheese allergy do NOT order cheese! Will shop elsewhere!

I recently ordered the tandoori chicken pizza from Gino’s Pizza, and I was really disappointed. The pizza was awful, and the chicken didn't taste fresh at all. After posting my honest review on Google, I received a call from a staff member who questioned why I posted a bad review instead of discussing my concerns with them first. Instead of acknowledging my feedback or offering an apology, she insisted that I shouldn’t have posted the review at all. This experience has left me feeling unheard and unvalued as a customer. I expected better service and quality from Gino's Pizza.I am considering to take this matter to Local public health and canadian food inspection agency.
Ordered tandoori chicken/half veg. Have been ordering here long time but this time pizza was not fresh.Tandoori chicken was smelly, stale and chewy.my kids didn't eat and disappointed about the weird smelly off chicken taste. Threw in the bin. Never buy again
