My wife had Gino’s in Mississauga for a work lunch and loved it so we decided to get it for the family, ordered 2 mediums WELL done, almost an hour later it shows up definitely not well done but a layer of RAW dough under the toppings! I’m not saying lightly cooked I’m saying RAW dough, the bacon on it looked like it was a minute away from oinking me and the green peppers still crunchy. We back and spoke to customer service (hung up on us twice) provided pictures to show our concerns only to be told the best they could do was a $10 credit because we let our son take a bite of his slice. Oh and it gets better! A big chunk of bone on the pizza! Pepperoni, bacon and ground beef (which of those has a BONE in it!?!)
Absolutely will never order from there again.

Gino’s Pizza by my side has become one of my go-to spots whenever I’m craving something tasty and satisfying. Their pizzas are always fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way I like it.
What I really appreciate is their consistency – whether I order in-store or for delivery, the quality is always top-notch. The staff is friendly, polite, and fast with service. They make sure your order is just right and you leave satisfied.
The deals are also great, especially for students or families. Whether it’s a quick slice or a full meal with wings and garlic bread, Gino’s never disappoints. Highly recommended if you’re in the area and love good pizza!
