I visited the bakery for strawberry kunafa cups, the staff is very polite, the place offers good and positive vibes !
Good sandwiches at reasonable price, lots of tasty pastries including pasteis de Nata. Popular place with lots of regulars. Great staff but can get a little busy.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! we were stuck waiting 30 minutes for Dubai chocolate bars/cups because they FORGOT OUR ORDER. Snack is good, but it looks and tastes rushed.
This place is grossly understaffed! They have one person concentrating on the people just making coffee and espresso and everyone else was waiting for bread or other products. Wait for ever there is one girl and nobody else at times. I have to wait up to 15 minutes just to get a piece of bread and I’ve seen people even frustration because they didn’t wanna wait. You pay your staff $15-$18 an hour maybe and you can afford $15-$18 to have one more staff member. This keeps coin you’re gonna lose another customer and I hope your coffee or café is enough to keep you going or why not just have your Kasaei and stop making the bread because obviously that’s not important to you. You’re in the business wake up and be a business person Services everything you’re failing miserably!
I had a very upsetting experience at Golden Grains that I feel needs to be shared. I was simply standing in line waiting to ask a question—not even to place an order yet—while the staff member continued a personal conversation with a customer who had already paid. She completely ignored me, even after seeing me standing there waiting.
I didn’t even ask a question or say anything when she suddenly looked at me, rolled her eyes, and said she was “having a conversation because [she’s] making her sandwich.” What happened next was even worse—she moved to the other side of the counter and began making fun of me with the customer. She laughed, rolled her eyes and made inappropriate gestures and she proceeded to dance inappropriately and shake her body in my direction, clearly mocking me.
I left feeling very disrespected. No customer should ever be treated like that. I hope management takes this seriously and holds their staff accountable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in any business.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit to this bakery. The server was engaged in a conversation and completely ignored my wife's presence while we were waiting to be served. Instead of being polite, she made an inappropriate comment about making a sandwich for another customer and rolled her eyes at my wife.
To make matters worse, she then turned around, pretended to dance, and laughed, making fun of us in the process. This behavior was unprofessional and rude. I expected a much better level of service from a place that prides itself on quality customer care.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it significantly affected my impression of the bakery.
Great fresh and awesome customer service.

I’ve had this place a few times second-hand (my sister always brings them over on the weekends), but I was in the neighborhood on Thursday, so I decided to stop by and try them myself. Brenda, who served me, was fantastic—10/10!
Now, I’m basing this review on my personal visit, not what I’ve had before, but I have to say, the donuts I bought—both Biscoff and pistachio—were rock hard, and that’s putting it mildly. These were clearly past their prime, unlike the fresh ones I’ve had before. I also bought buns, which Brenda assured me were made fresh, and those were delicious.
Maybe I should’ve asked when the donuts were made, but I went in specifically for them, so I was pretty disappointed to spend $33 and have 90% of what I bought be stale. I’d still recommend the place, but if you’re after fresh baked goods, weekends might be the safer bet.

This is the by far the best cafe in Brampton if you are looking for cozy vibe and rich coffee. I revisted it 3 times in one week and one of the reason for that is Suzy. She is just great and trust me once you drink a cappuccino made by her, you will revisit this place again and again. Thanks Suzy and golden grain team.

I was calling to ask if they had a flavour, I said hi, I don't know who responded, but they said I've been scam calling them every week, but this is the first time I'm calling them. I tried to call back, THEY CUT THE CALL.
