We have been ordering here for over 20 years and have never encountered such terrible customer service as tonight. We ordered $85 worth of food and they made a mistake and gave us chicken balls instead of breaded shrimp. I drove during rush hour to come pick this food up. By the time we got home and took everything out of the 2 bags, that's when we noticed the error. We called them to inform them of the situation and that we wanted our food that we ordered delivered for their mistake. After being put on hold they argued with us that they wanted us to RETURN the chicken balls that they gave us in error and charge us $5 for delivery. Tell me, what are you going to do with the chicken balls you gave to us by error? Re-heat them and give them to another customer? Gross right? They REFUSED to deliver it unless we paid them $5 for delivery. We asked them to pay us $5 to come pick it up which they also refused, as if our time and gas money has no relevance due to their mistake. They are 100% lucky I didn't put this on my credit card because I would absolutely be filing a complaint and getting my money back via chargeback. Let this be a lesson to ANYONE ordering here, NEVER pay cash/debt and if this is the type of business practice you want to support, you deserve what you get after reading my review. Save yourself the headache by walking away and ordering from another chinese place. Absolutely disgusting behavior and I'll be sure to additionally contact the food inspection association. Great way to lose a dedicated customer over $5! Go get yourself a reality check! Mistakes happen, but it's how you handle the situation that counts.

Great little restaurant with a friendly staff. Food was really good and loved the cozy environment.
I order from this place on a regular basis for years now. I love the food but price has gone up (as expected), but I really wish they would open up dine in again and open a bit earlier.
This place used to be a really decent spot for Chinese food in Brampton, but we will not be returning after today’s experience. My family placed an order for takeout, brought our food home and noticed that our order was incorrect. When we called the restaurant to let them know about this, we were given nothing but excuses and were told that the kitchen fulfilled the order correctly. When we asked to speak to the Manager, we were told that we needed to call back a few days later because there isn’t one available. A complete waste of our time over a 15-minute phone call, going back and forth with the staff who refused to accept that they gave us an incorrect order.
Take your money elsewhere because this place doesn’t value customer service. There was zero accountability taken for the error of the staff.
Today me and my family ordered $130 worth of takeout food. It was delivered to our house. We specifically asked for rice with no egg as there is an allergy, we have ordered this before with no issues. We called the store to let them know and instead of willing to help us out they decided to argue with us and even asked for a picture of the egg in the rice. The manager then proceeded to tell us that we can come look at there chicken because it was chicken and not egg in the rice.
Great food
As always excellent service. My delivery was to take 45-1hr and received it in 20 mins. Whenever I come to Brampton it’s a necessity to order this delicious food never disappoints. I placed a second order to take home. Highly recommend.
Normally very good food. However ordered food Sat March 1st for my birthday. Egg rolls where missing and I got really ill after eating the chicken wings. Hoping it was an isolated incident and that no one else gets sick.

This place use to have the best chinese food in the area a few months back
We order from uber eats the food was horrible the chicken was bad in the chicken balls and there was no shrimps in the deep fried shrimps the good smells bad and taste horrible even my dogs didn’t eat it the spring rolls were rotten inside it all went to garbage 70$ and I called the girl didn’t care hang up the phone on me my kids didn’t eat it at all
Food was hot quick service good price but I found Food has no flavor was very plane
I've been coming here for 30+ years because I love the food. I'm sorry that the pandemic forced them to stop dine-in service. I particularly love their Won ton soup and their S&S spare ribs. The food has stayed consistent over the years.
