Gong Cha is seriously low-key underrated! Their bubble waffles are always fresh, warm, and perfectly crispy on the outside while soft inside — the perfect base for any dessert craving. The mango drinks are refreshing, rich in flavor, and not overly sweet, and the tapioca pearls are consistently chewy and fresh. There is a great variety of choices for both classic and unique flavors, and everything is made with care. Clean location, quick service, and high quality every visit. Definitely a must-try spot for bubble tea and waffles lovers!

The associate screwed up my friend's and my order twice. We tried to get her to correct it again, but she didn't. I'm done with this place. I'm not coming back.

Best gongcha I have ever been too. Everytime I go food and drinks are great and the customer service is off the walls. Eric and Victoria are the nicest servers I have ever met. And the place is spotless 10/10

This is my favorite Gong cha location. It has the #1 milk tea in Brampton, and when paired alongside the service and speed of the workers, it could contest the best boba place. Keep up the good work!!

Staffs are helpful and friendly.

I came in for the occasional boba run and left disgusted as I witnessed the worker wearing glasses wipe the rim of MY cup with the same rag used to wipe down the tables. Not to mention they had a weird attitude the whole time I was placing my order! Quite off-putting.

This has been the best experience out of every gongcha chain I’ve gone to by far. The customer service was great and the drinks I got were made perfectly. And I love the custom art that has been displayed on the wall.
