The service is miles better than the food here. Ordered an omelette and it looked good until you cut thru it....the toppings in the centre were cold and tasted like they were out of a can.

First time in Toronto had to leave the hotel really early and had all our luggage and everything with us and felt really tired. The customer service was amazing here they let us have the family area to ourselves where we could just relax and was allowed to stay as long as we liked as had a massive wait before our next flight. Really friendly and helpful staff. Ordered alot of food and drinks while we stayed so we didn’t feel we were just sat there for free. The staff really saved the day I don’t know there names to shout them out here but it was two helpful ladies and a really nice man who cleaned away our food once we were done. Thank you so much again!
