I had a really bad experience with the fruit cake from this bakery. Not only was the cake sour and caused me a stomach ache, but the customer service was appalling. When we took the cake back to the bakery to complain, instead of offering a solution, they just argued with us and acted dismissive. The staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issue and gave us nothing but excuses. It’s safe to say I won’t be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible product and even worse service.

I had high expectations for this cake, but unfortunately, it was one of the worst desserts I've ever tasted. From the very first bite, I knew something was wrong. Instead of a rich, sweet, and enjoyable flavor, the cake was bitter and sour—almost as if it had gone bad. The uncle was very rude and doesn’t know how to deal with costumers. Doesn’t recommend to anyone.

Vegetarian options: No options. Better get something from walmart.

I recently ordered a fruity cake from this bakery, and I was extremely disappointed. The cake was bland and lacked any real flavor; the fruit on top was soggy, and the cake itself was dry. It was nothing like I expected, and frankly, it was inedible.

To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely awful. When I called to express my concerns, the staff just kept arguing with me instead of trying to resolve the issue. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, making me feel like my complaint didn't matter at all. It's clear they don't care about their customers. I will never be returning and highly recommend you look elsewhere for a quality cake and decent service.

I recently tried the fruit cake from this bakery, and it was a terrible experience. The cake was incredibly sour, not at all what I expected from a fruit cake. The fruits inside tasted off, almost like they were overripe or past their prime. After eating it, I ended up with a stomach ache. The texture was dense, and it felt like the cake had been sitting around for far too long. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Definitely a letdown.

I ordered a rasmalai cake for birthday. The cake was dry and hard inside and was covered with more cream than necessary. The rasmalai topping was also dry and hard. I would not recommend.

Worst cake ever had in Brampton, don't waste your money, cake was very hard or maybe over cooked, not fluffy at all. Cake was overloaded with cream, as you can see in the photo we have put the cream aside.

I wish there could have been option for the zero star. I have never tasted such a bad cake and it reuined my bday celebration. I bought a rasmalai cake and it was simple vanilla terriblely tasted cake. I stopped my family to feed the cake in the ceremony. So so disappointed. Not at all fresh. Please stop selling unprofessional cakes if You don't know the value of it in the special occasion. Extremely unhappy.

I tried a black and gold theme cake bought by my friend, This cake was absolutely delicious! The texture was perfectly moist and fluffy, and the flavors were rich but well-balanced. The frosting was just the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. It looked beautiful, too—almost too pretty to eat! Loved it @grand bakers

The food is average. The taste of the dessert is not up to the mark. I ordered 2 different kinds of cake chocolate was ok but the rasmalai is wasted of money. Just simple vanilla cake in yellow color no taste. In total highly disappointing experience

Worst experience of their customer service. I have been their customer for all most 6 years now I went to buy cake and they gave me blueberry cake instead of vanilla cake. Their staff didn’t realize it later on I went back to return it they didn’t want to return it and even I waited for their owner to come and I told him everything but he didn’t even listen.
I thought the owner will realize the mistake but he was too rude.
I won’t be going back to them ever again.
