I ordered chili chicken through Skip, and it was extremely disappointing. The chili chicken was overloaded with salt and soy sauce, making it completely inedible. The taste was so bad that I couldn’t even finish a single bite. This felt like a total waste of money. Such poor quality and lack of basic seasoning balance is unacceptable. I will not be ordering again.

I specifically requested mild food, but the dish was extremely spicy with a lot of chillies. The staff claimed the chillies were only for garnishing, but they made the food very hard to eat. On top of that, the chicken was very hard and chewy, which made the overall experience disappointing. I expected much better attention to customer instructions and food quality.

I ordered three vegetable noodles for Pickup and when I went to pick, I asked for sauces. They said chilli sauces are there and they can give me vinegar ones. So she gave me 5 to 6 vinegar sauces. She is so polite.

The pieces of the chicken on chicken fried rice DID NOT LOOK FRESH AT ALL! I am scared I’ll get food poisoning! The worse hot and sour soup I ever had! No taste ! It’s pretty much eating hot water with spice! NEVER AGAIN. Not to mention, the carrots on the rice were so hard! Not even cooked one bit

Guddu's food taste has degraded dramatically over the years. We ordered food from them after a very long time. The noodles were smelly and had a very bad taste. Fried rice, Manchurian, etc didn't taste too good either.
I went to guddu's hakka cuisine yesterday and tried the chilli chicken dry it was so good in taste that I recommend others to try their food too.

We ordered three vegetable noodles for Pickup and when I went to pick, I asked for sauces. They said chilli sauces are there and they can give me vinegar ones. So she gave me 5 to 6 vinegar sauces. But guess how much chilli sauce I got , just one for three pack of noodles. I called and left a feedback that they should give two vinegar sauce (even small ones) and the same size they can give for chilli sauce with each box. They kept saying it's their standard, but I think it's time to change those standards. Not every time customer will pay attention if they're given themselves or not. Let's see if this make a difference.
