I'm a long time customer here but decided to go in person to place an order instead of ordering online. The woman taking orders was quite rude. There was an older gentleman trying to place an order and he needed some clarification about options/sizes, and she was so cross with him. She was visibly agitated which triggered a response from the customer (rightfully so). The entire interaction between them was prolonged, negative, and counterproductive which could have been avoided if she was just kind. I'm going to stick to online orders. That being said, the food is generally good. I did notice that I received at least one serving more when I ordered in person.

They charge for tips regardless of service. Had the audacity to charge for tips despite forgetting about the order for +30 mins until we alerted the waiter. It took almost an hour to get our food as a result. Food is mediocre. Unfortunately, the worst place I've ever gotten Chinese food from.
