Best fish-and-chips in town and always friendly staff
Came by today and I had a great experience. Firstly, the food was cooked to perfection. My fish was nice and crispy on the outside and not dry in the middle at all. The fries were surprisingly delicious as well. Second, the staff there was phenomenal. I’ve never seen a place go above and beyond the way these employees did. The girl taking my order displayed perfect customer service skills and added in utensils, ketchup and napkins without me even asking. While waiting for my food she was asking me about my day and we had a great conversation, she is so friendly and just made the place feel so welcoming. 10/10 experience I would definitely recommend to a friend and come back!!

Went and found sign saying under new management. Person behind counter had to ask order 4 times (only 2 customers in place). They had no personal size sides available in fridge. Gravy was horrendous, obviously never taste tested as tasted like a whole bottle of salt in gravy. Only plus was they didn't screw up the fish. Won't be going back to that location anymore.

My first time trying Heritage fish and chips! Fish was fried fresh, same with the fries. Good portions! What is also nice to see is some of the British snacks and different drink choices. Lunch specials seem worth it and they have great choices for whatever type of fish you fancy!
I will definitely be back to solve a fish and chips craving.

Amazing fish and chips. Tom the owner is a great guy. The Fish was amazing, soft and crisp, just like the fries. Me and my friends walked in at 8:15 even though he closed at 8. I usually don’t leave reviews but he was so so kind and accommodating.

Greasy food is not good for you but if you must this place ain't bad.
I normally attend the location by Queen St & Hwy 410. My first time eating in here was absolutely phenomenal! Tom went BEYOND above and beyond to be accommodating. Extremely courteous and pleasant. The fish was done perfectly, tender and not overly greasy. Price was beyond fair. 2 of us ate for under $20. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The smallest location, does have delicious raspberry black tea. It would be nice if all the Heritage Fish & Chips locations did sell the Cadbury's hot chocolate mixes and the tea bags in packets for customers who just want the good products to brew at home instead of someone else doing that for them.

Always great fish and chips
Last time I come to this location, been a customer for over 15 years. I specifically called and asked to make sure it’s a fresh batch and not as my last order everything was overdone. I ordered two lunch specials and the fries were overdone and hard, not the typical softer British chip style. In addition, parts of the fish were significantly over fried and not even edible (left part of photo).
