From the moment we arrived, the service was unprofessional and disorganized. The staff was rude and uncooperative, showing no regard for customer service.
The food was served cold and did not match the menu we had selected. Some dishes we had specifically requested were missing, and when we questioned them about it at the end of the function, the management behaved rudely instead of addressing our concerns. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they were defensive and dismissive.
This restaurant completely ruined what was supposed to be a wonderful celebration for our family. Avoid this place at all costs if you’re planning a special event. Unprofessional staff, terrible management, and a total lack of customer care!

Food sucks It was good on testing day but it's was really bad in taste on the actual function. There was no bottle waters on tables. When I asked servers to bring they ignored. Service They put small spoons in the food and there no plates. Everyone was so rude including stuff and the owner. They created issue regarding billing before the date and on the day of function, however the building was supposed to be done after the function. But they were being rude and telling us to leave in between the function or pay for the more number of guests than we actually had. And then they call the cops without any reason however they have proven wrong. I would suggest never to go there for any function because that place sucks. With the worst service food and the atmosphere. The food sucks, even though we paid $70 per guest but the food didn't even deserve 50 cents per guest. It was the worst experience.

I then checked out their website and looked at the menu and decided to go ahead and order online the following: Chicken biryani, butter chicken, fish pakoras, chicken tikka masala, aloo tikka chaat, rotis and naan. I also called the restaurant and asked for low sodium on my order and they were very accommodating. The food I ordered from the Too Good To Go was made at time of arrival and even asked if we preferred veg or non-veg which was great and thoughtful. Once we got home we opened all the containers and it didn’t disappoint. The food was delightful to see and it all tasted absolutely delicious! We definitely will be ordering from Heritage India again. 😊

The worst place to organise an event at! I was recently a guest at one of the events here. Found the management of everything quite pathetic. The buffet was not filled with food the whole time. As guests, we had to struggle to find a server and ask them to fill up the food. The bad experience doesn’t end at this. We learned from the hosts that they never served half the items agreed on and paid for. Moreover the owner of the business is extremely bad mannered and lacks business ethics. I absolutely would discourage anyone planning to celebrate their special occasions here, from doing so.

Went on 14th feb for the dinner, worst service I would say that I have experienced recently in the Brampton restaurants, It took 20 mins for someone to come to our table and take our order, Unprofessional working Staff, showing attitude even if asked for extra cuttlery.(Girl with glasses). Food was not bad overall, however was pissed of the by the service they provide no wonder you will get the table easily.
