Visited here June 04, 2025 at around 11:20-11:30 pm, despite the store times mentioned to be open till midnight and having visited here before around the same time, the doors were LOCKED. I and another food delivery pick up driver had to BANG on the glass to get the girl’s attention who was in her own world with HEADPHONES ON while we got drenched in POURING RAIN. Having told the girl about the store timings mentioned online and that I’ve visited here before the same time she blatantly lied to my face saying y’all close at 11pm for walk-ins!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A CARELESS ATTITUDE, extremely disappointed having been a fairly regular customer here since the last few months.

They take a nice bite out of your food before packing it up for you! That or they have mice! I am never coming here again, you lost a customer of I don’t know how many years!

Went there around 11-11:15 pm on Saturday and the door was locked… even though the board sign was OPEN. A lady was mopping and she saw me… she then made an eye contact with another lady at cashier counter and then they discussed something and told me that it’s CLOSED now. After that I checked on google and it was showing open until 5 AM

Ordered uber 2 BYO burgers. Burgers were good but the onion, tomato, cheese and bacon were sliced so thin we could practically see through them. And they only put one of each on the burger. Very disappointing toppings.

I went with my friends and the owner, Sherry, was one of the nicest workers I have ever met. She was very patient with all five of us, was very welcoming, and even to the full extent, offered us free fries. The food was amazing as always, and the service was one of the best.

Excellent for gluten free burgers.

Food was absolutely trash. Overpriced and undelivered.

Beef uncooked, fries tasted like oil.

I recently visited Hero Burger and had a disappointing experience. The burger itself was one of the worst I've ever had—dry and lacking flavor, it fell far short of my expectations. To make matters worse, the seating was in disrepair; several seats had broken covers, which not only looked uninviting but also made the dining experience uncomfortable. It’s clear that there’s little attention to maintaining quality, both in food and environment. Overall, I left feeling let down and unlikely to return.

SARITA is absolutely amazing and always completes orders on time. When I visited, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome right away. She went above and beyond to provide excellent service, ensuring everything was perfect. I’ve never met someone as friendly and attentive as SARITA. She truly stands out and makes the experience at Hero Certified Burgers even better. I can’t praise her enough for her dedication and kindness!

They took my spicy veggie burgers order, cashier was nice , gave us options , explained about it. But another employee was inside, she saw that we’re ordering veggie burger, she was sweeping. After payments, waited 5 minutes, was excited to try hero certified after long time. And they said sorry we don’t have this patty. I mean you don’t know what you don’t have??????? Poor knowledge, poor customer service, poor management. Cant grow business with this service .
