The servic lady was very nice but she was alone and it took 30min for our food and burgers and fries were dry and the burgers were over cooked and the tables were sticky and the sofas are a little worn out not going again

Ordered one burger and fries on Friday April 5th 2024 at 7:42 PM ,got my order at 8:39!!57 minutes for one burger and fries!!There was just one gal taking the orders and prepping food, she was working hard and doing her best to service everyone, however it was Friday evening and it was busy so she could not keep up- No fault of her.Shame!! on the owners of this establishment for not having required staff to service Friday evening rush in a timely fashion.

Worst experience ever! I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake that was curdled, a poutine that had no gravy and very little cheese curd, and a Signature Burger with bacon where the burger patty was half the size of the bun and only got a quarter slice of bacon! I would never order from Hero Burger again!

Don’t ever go here, went on a Saturday late afternoon early evening, the whole place was in darkness, probably because they didn’t want to serve anyone and wanted people think it was closed. We all had stomach aches after eating food, and also it took them half an hour to make three burgers, and three fries. It took so long for them to make the food that they forgot that we had ordered milkshakes too, which they proceeded to do one by one in the dark corner.

I ordered 2 burgers and a poutine and both of the burgers were stale and I was missing the poutine. I have never had a burger taste so bad like this. It was they Uber and the food tasted disgusting.
