Honest Restaurant Brampton

This was honestly a frustrating experience. The food was badly prepared, the service was rude, and nothing arrived on time. If customers are going to be ignored late at night, then why even welcome them during those hours? I have added photos. Please take a look at them. Is this really the style of cutting? In your original uploaded photos, this type of cutting is not shown. You present yourselves as professional, so when customers come to you, why is the work not done professionally?

Food quality is no longer same as before. There was no one in the restaurant for 40 minutes. Waiters were chilling on other side. Felt like restaurant is not doing well like before.

Firstly, we ordered the chutney chesss sandwich, which turned out to be JUST chutney and cheese. Considering how much we were paying, this was very disappointing. While it did taste good, it was absolutely not worth the price honestly, it felt like a joke. We also ordered the samosa chaat, which was presented beautifully, but unfortunately the aloo tasted expired and had a strange flavour. We had to send it back. That said, the staff were kind and acknowledged that it had gone bad, which we appreciated. We than ordered dahi puri instead, and that was really good. However, overall this was my first experience here and I had much higher expectations, which unfortunately were not met.

Really disappointing after recent visit as Restaurant was not busy the quality of food was downgrading especially for pav bhaji

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had in Brampton. The name “Honest” is completely misleading — there is nothing authentic or fresh about this place. The food tasted stale, oily, and poorly prepared, as if it had been sitting for hours and not even regeated. Flavors were flat, ingredients felt cheap, and the quality was far below even basic expectations.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing and Unhygienic

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. We ordered two masala dosas and two vada pavs, and everything was completely unacceptable.

The dosas were undercooked, and the vada pav was clearly not fresh—it looked and tasted like it was at least two days old. To make things even worse, we noticed something that looked like rat droppings, which is absolutely disgusting and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety.

When we complained, the person taking the order gave a completely meaningless excuse, saying that because of low temperature the food gets cold. This explanation made no sense and did not address the fact that the food was uncooked and stale, not just cold.

Despite not eating the food, we were still forced to pay the full amount, with no concern or accountability from the staff.

This location seriously needs a health inspection and better quality control. I would never recommend Honest Brampton to anyone. Save your money and your health.

One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The place felt extremely unclean, the food quality was shocking, and I completely lost my appetite after seeing the condition of the dining area. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here. Staff didn’t seem concerned, and the overall environment made me uncomfortable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Save your money and eat elsewhere

One girl working there with glasses I really don't know her name but she was so so rude and very bad service. Whenever we ask something it was out of stock. If everything was out of stock than why did you open your restaurant???? Really if you hungry stay hungry but do not visit this location....

This place has gone downhill. What happened to your OG bhakhri pizza ? The real taste has been gone. You are using some random cheese which doesn’t have the cheese taste. I’ll be stop giving this place my business.

Absolutely amazing food and outstanding service by Riddhi — truly commendable!

Very slow service despite the store not being busy, items being unavailable on a weekend is disappointing. Tables are unstable and are fitted with paper to stabilize when mentioned. Other locations of same franchise were much better.
