Despite appearing to be the only one managing the front seating, he greeted every guest in front of us with warmth, and kept the waitlist moving. Was kinda chilly on the patio and we asked the server to turn on the outdoor heaters on. She wasn't able to do so. Two heaters but she didn't know how to do so.

Enjoyable experience. Vic was our server in training. Her supervisor was very helpful. Delicious food. Had the Chicken Parm and the Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. Ample servings. So good.

Not a super busy night but the service was lacking to say the least. Server basically took the order and brought the bill, that was it. Food was brought by other staff, drinks were brought by other staff and nobody asked if we needed anything else. Would have stayed for another drink, if someone had asked if we wanted one.
