Food quality of Gimmy the creek is deteriorating espacially when the order is placed online. Everytime we order food online, the chicken feels stale.

I hardly ever leave a bad review anywhere by the way). I ordered from Jimmy the Greek on June 18, 2025 on uber eats. I had the roast chicken leg meal and I have to say everything tasted very off. The olives specifically in my salad were extremely bitter that I couldn’t even eaten it I spitted it out, the onions tasted spoiled and that flavour overtook the whole salad, the potato’s were under cook and were hard around the outside, the rice was soft and mushy. The chicken tasted ok but I’m still not confident if it was safe to eat based off the rest of my food.
Since eating this meal I started experiencing abdominal pain, followed by having a very upset stomach lasting for days now. I will be seeing a doctor if the problem doesn’t resolve.
Unfortunately I have no photos of the meal because my intentions were never to complain until I got sick. I ask that management to please serve food that’s safe to eat and is of good quality even if that requires increasing prices. Customers don’t want to get sick or spend money on something that’s of low quality.

This Jimmy the Greek location is one of the best place in GTA. All the staff is very kind and the guy name Ritik is very welcoming and good in assisting all the customers. Must try Roast Lamb and Salmon meal. Highly Recommended.
I had an excellent experience with Jimmy the Greek Bramalea City Centre. Ritik was very professional, he helped me with the Menu for my party. I highly recommend this location. He was very helpful and informative in assisting and accommodating a food allergy.

Had an amazing experience at Jimmy the Greek, Brampton. I had ordered catering for Christmas Eve. Ritik who works there made the delivery on time and was extremely courteous and professional. His service and handling of food was impeccable. I truly thanks Ritik for bringing us the food in time so that we could enjoy our Christmas Eve with family. Kudos to Jimmy the Greek for its service.

Worst Greek food I've ever had. The chicken is extremely dry and has some sort of an off taste to it. Rice are just boiled, and olives in the salad are way too salty. Wish I could give negative stars.
