I had a very disappointing experience. I called to explain that I was on my way to pick up my order, but unfortunately got a flat tire and could no longer make it to the store. Instead of showing any understanding, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. She was also speaking in another language during the call, which felt unprofessional and made me uncomfortable.

I was then pressured into paying an additional $50 for delivery even though the situation was completely unexpected. To make matters worse, when the pizza finally arrived, it was cold, hard, and practically inedible. After spending that much money, I expected much better service and food quality.

Overall, the customer service was unacceptable, and the food quality did not justify the cost. I would not recommend ordering from here based on my experience.

I've been living in Brampton for about 10 years and just came across this hidden jem, their pizza and panzos are out of this world. It's a must try, don't just take my word for it, see it and experience it for yourself. I'm not getting anything for posting this, I just want people to try really good food.

Pizza was okay but the parking situation is awful. I bought pizza and crossed the street to eat the food for 20 mins and my car got freaking towed. I’m a paying customer. The company charges $1k to get it back. For this alone I will never be returning.
EDIT: Even though it’s not the pizza owners who towed it, a heads up definitely would’ve been appreciated when I got the pizza since it’s clearly happened to others. Especially since there’s no seating inside or outside the spot, people are likely to leave to eat at the park.

Service was great, food not so much..got the greek pizza but didn't find it tasty..and its quite pricey also.

One of the problems I have today is every pizza place uses the same kind of cheese the same kind of toppings and no matter what you put on it there's absolutely no taste do you remember when pizza you used to be able to lift it and the cheese would stretch and be stringy and have a nice salty taste you don't get that anymore.

Well my first time ordering at this place and I have to say it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time I was surprised when the pizza arrived and there was actual weight to the pizza loads of cheese and FRESH RIPE toppings. If you miss what pizza used to taste like this is the place to order from I can honestly say it's one of the best pizzas I've had in years. They aren't cheap but they are worth every penny and that's all that matters.

this pizza is the best pizza spot in brampton. their pizza sauce is so flavourful and their garlic dip is really good too. make sure to ask for less cheese and well done for the best experience.

Wow, very impressed. Saw some videos on Instagram and was curious to check it out, I’m happy we did!

We got classic pepp pizza for the kids, they both loved it!

Meat lovers, meatball sub and wings to share, all fabulous. We will be back again!

mins drive to get this delicious masterpeice. XL meatlovers with extra cheese. Worth every dollar. Worth the chaotic Brampton drivers.

A must try Pizza spot in Brampton. The food is fresh and flavourful with large portion sizes. The cheese pull of Panzerotti is insane and the greek vegetarian pizza is loaded with toppings.
