Absolutely horrendous experience with them! I ordered chana puri for 5 people and they gave us bhature instead of puris and I had to talk to 10 staff members to convince them and they argued so much. Shittiest customer service despite how much business I have given them over the years.

I ordered Gobi Pakoda and by looking at the attached picture you can check the poor quality of food they provided .The pieces were so big and not properly cooked and does not even have proper besan coating. I went back to their store asked How come they are delivering this to theri customers. The girl at reception said i dont know , i have not cooked them. Do not visit this restaurant its a complete waste of money.

Hire someone at front who know how to treat customers rather than ignoring.

I went to grab sweets and she literally was scamming me by measuring the wrong weight. She was trying to charge me more instead of actual weight of sweets. Be careful while getting sweets and check weight before paying guys…

So many negative reviews but still their food quality and poor customer is unchanged .. the girl is so rude she don’t know how to deal with customers , terrible

I wish there is zero star to give to their service. I went there to order and front desk girl was the way tooo rude. She don’t even know how to talk with the customers

I bought breakfast from here shortly after eating I threw up several times. I attempted to call the store several times but their staff hung up again and again to my surprise they said I need to go to a doctor and prove their food got me sick. Allot of people are getting sick from here and they are use to it
