We celebrated my sons’ 2nd birthday here on Nov1,2025. Ordered the foods about 30mins earlier before the other family came, told the lady that took our order that there was no rush on our foods as we won’t need it not until 5pm to 5:15pm. I have told them as well that we are here to celebrate my sons’ birthday and they played a “Happy Birthday” song and brought out balloons and a complimentary mashed potato with a candle lit on it and an Ube pie for the birthday celebrant. Jollibee celebration really does bring family togetherness, happiness and the creation of childhood memories. The staff were very accommodating, pleasing and welcoming.

Food was good. One of the severs Came after were down to give my daughter a balloon. She did not like the red balloon offer (toddlers 🤦🏻♀️) she said she wanted a purple one. She went into the back to see if she had one and came back with one. Very much appreciated!

I ordered the spicy 2 piece with coleslaw and the Beef burger just to see. The chicken was definitely tasty as well as the coleslaw. But the burger was equivalent to a “Dairy Queen” burger. It wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t great. And yes, I know it was a gamble to buy a beef burger at a chicken joint. Next time, I’ll be sticking to chicken for sure.
Also the seating in this location isn’t great. Only 2 booths then a bunch of tables with stools and not chairs.

It was very disappointing experienced. I asked the manager if there is available discount coupon, she answered- they are not allowed to give coupons inside the store.. and i completely understand that. But the other person in front gave a lot of coupons to the customer next to us. .it can definitely feel unfair when discounts and coupons are only given to select people ,or i can say friends of them. It creates frustration if you are a loyal customer. You shouldn't do that in front. That is not very nice.

I tried the 2-piece meal with a side and drink, and it was great.The spicy chicken was perfectly seasoned, crunchy and juicy. It’s worth the try for anyone who loves spicy chicken. Highly recommended.

Just be accommodating when someone is ordering over the phone. Sometimes we just need to do that to save some time in the line. Please be nice thanks. Also the music is quite loud for me, esp for those who have kids with ASd.

Almost everything I ate was delicious, but the Korean BBQ was salty. Please reduce the salt next time. I also tried it with my companion and it was also salty to his taste.

WAS VERY GOOD!!! Kheb is a W server, he really was kind and did a great job in the food and keeping the restaurant clean. Big shoutout to him, W Kheb. Besides the food was honestly really good, spicy and tasty. A bit expensive, but it was worth every cent. The burgers was great, the aesthetics are so simple yet so cute and honestly I’d recommend visiting there — W food and W customer service and W restaurant overall.

The spicy chicken here is pretty good. It's a downer that they only have dark meat though. This is the strictest fast food place I've been to. I tried to get two thighs numerous times (as I don't really like legs) and they denied it and made it seem like a big deal. This is the only fried chicken place I've ever been to that won't do that. The customer should be able to get what they want. The price difference between the two piece and three piece is a major gap and they never really have specials.
