I ordered the Original Chicken Sandwich but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the menu photos or description. The chicken wasn't crispy at all—it felt more soft and soggy than crunchy. Definitely disappointing. I even asked the cashier and she said this is what its supposed to look like. Hopefully it was just a bad batch.

All the staff are amazing. From the counter staff who took my order and rest of them until the Manager who goes around and check if all ok with everyone. Smile are everywhere. Restaurant is very clean and most importantly, the washroom is very clean which I really liked to see in restaurants. Keep it up, Jollibee Brampton❤️

Went in to get a chicken sandwich combo with a $20 gift card I received from a friend. Apparently they use a different card now and didn’t even entertain my $20 card. Manager was rude, left without food. Sad to say that is an instant and permanent loss of business for me. Which is a shame because their chicken usually is awesome. Thankfully there are no shortages of other chicken places out there.
