The service is way too slow , they took 35 minutes to just bring homes and bread ,then that too they brought the bread usually sold at grocery store and they gave it us .
Our food took almost an hour n 5 minutes to be served though there was no one else at the restaurant.
I also think the owner is not concerned about the reviews .

There was hair on our food.
Dirty.
They comped the pizza off the bill but that was it. Really giving the customer authentic middle eastern restaurant experience lol. Disgusting.

This is Canada, not the war torn middle east, improve your service, prices and quality of food products if you want your customers to return.
Tell your server to be attentive and smile more as well.
Pathetic “restaurant”.

I've been here a few times and I've had great experiences each time. The food, service and atmosphere are all great. I'm very shocked to see some of the lower reviews they are getting as the food and service was never anything but excellent. I've had middle eastern food MANY times all over the city and this is one of the best.

Loved this place, top notch ambience. Authentic food, enjoyed the platter which had a generous amount of food. Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable of their menu. Spacious & clean. Loads of little spots around the restaurant for good insta clicks! Will absolutely be returning.

Food is very average at best. Bread was super dry, hummus didn't have much flavour.

Great place to go for maybe shisha night with friends, beautiful decor other than that it is not worth going for the actual meal ( food was horrible the soup smelled bad and tasted old, appetizer came after the main course, bread was old and hard as stone, kebab was very salty and tasteless, chicken was also super salty and dry ). Very poor service, server was arrogant, rude and lacked customer service skills.
Improvement is necessary.

Recently, my family and I enjoyed dining at a local gem where the warmth of Jordanian hospitality enveloped us from the moment we stepped through the doors.

The server, a delightful ambassador of Jordanian culture, welcomed us with a genuine smile that set the tone for an unforgettable evening.

As we settled into our seats, we couldn’t help but admire the tasteful decor that adorned the restaurant’s interior. The elegant decorations and the cozy ambiance created an inviting atmosphere that whispered of both luxury and comfort.

Guided by the same Jordanian server with impeccable knowledge of the menu, we embarked on a culinary adventure. Our order included the traditional Lamb dumpokht and Chicken dumpokht, alongside a BBQ platter designed for six and an assortment of dips that promised a tapestry of flavors.

The presentation of the BBQ platter was a visual feast, artfully arranged to please the eye. However, with a touch of disappointment, we found the meat slightly less succulent than anticipated, its texture a tad too firm, and the portions modest in light of the price.

Yet, it was the belly dance performance that genuinely captured the essence of the evening. The spotlight shone on a performer whose grace and professionalism were unmatched. Her dance was not just a performance; it was a celebration of art, captivating every guest with moves that seemed to weave spells of enchantment. Her magnetic personality and the finesse of her dance left us spellbound.

The dining experience was, on the whole, a delightful journey. The Lamb and Chicken dumpokht were savoury delights, with the lamb being exceptionally succulent and tender, its fiery presentation adding a dash of drama to the dish. The dips were a harmonious blend of flavours, each one enhancing the next.

In reflection, I hope the restaurant will embrace my constructive feedback to refine its culinary offerings. It is with eager anticipation that I look forward to revisiting this establishment, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to all within the Greater Toronto Area. The fusion of delectable food, enchanting performances, and heartwarming hospitality makes it a must-visit destination.

Went for an early lunch to try the parfait pulao I’d seen and heard of so much . We were the only ones at the restaurant yet the order took about 40 mins to arrive . Except the outer layer everything inside was dry like it was reheated . The meat was also dry and on the chewy side . I can only imagine how dry the chicken could be considering how dry the red meat was . Especially for the price .Pretty average food .The ambience was great though. Place was actually pretty. But definitely disappointed with the food .
