I ordered some of their dishes, like butter chicken, white karahi, and garlic naan, after noticing that they were ruining some decent deals on Uber. The food was top-notch.
This is now my go-to spot.

Made an uber order on the day before Thanksgiving, A portion of butter chicken with a garlic naan and a ginger ale can. Guess what? Found out that my garlic naan had 2 strands of hair in it, only found out after I had already bitten into it, yuck! I know! Isn't the one prepping this wearing hair nets? And then the cherry on top is they sent me a sprite instead of the ginger ale I ordered, I was not even informed about the switch.

Never ordering or even dining in this specific branch ever again!

Made a complain on uber eats about this, got a refund for the drink but they did nothing about the garlic naan. So here I am on Google reviews doing the needful.

Apparently Karahi Point is the most overpriced place. Yet we never complained as the food - its quality, quantity- was very good.
But lately the quality has been the worst. It’s like throwing away our money for the leftovers. Food is always cold and there’s no meat in biryani, rice are like days old and of worst quality. The meat in karahi is only fats & bones.
I have never left such horrible review, specially when it comes to food. But this bad review is well-earned by Karahi Point.

I ordered takeout and paid in-person. While I was waiting for my meal someone else walked in and ordered the same biriyani. The girl working in the front went to the back and gave them my biriyani for dine in and asked me to wait. This is disgusting and never coming back again.

I ordered dal makhni and butter Nan, dal was useless water like with no flavor only salt taste. Nan was average not crispy. More like stretchy
