I have been coming to this location for years and I must say I am extremely satisfied with the service and quality of every visit. The food is always great and the staff are very friendly. In particular, Rylie is always very helpful and kind to me and whoever I bring with me. Highly recommend this location!

I had such an incredible experience at Kelsey’s that I had to leave a review! Our server, Saayna, was absolutely phenomenal — warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we sat down. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

We also had the pleasure of dealing with Parth, the manager, who was just as amazing. He checked in with us, made sure we were happy, and you can tell he truly takes pride in creating a great experience for guests. The two of them together made our visit feel top-notch.

It’s rare to come across service this thoughtful and genuine. Thank you, Saayna and Parth, for making our night out so memorable! We will definitely be back. 💛

We've been coming here for years so it's safe to say we like the place and the food etc.

However, they've made decisions that cause us not to want to choose to spend our money with them anymore.

In this case they've chosen to change their chicken from one decent size piece of chicken, to two smaller pieces and it feels really cheap compared to what it used to be.

There used to be real broccoli and lots of it and decently cooked, now it's this weird mutant not-broccoli that's a limp pile of mush.

We all know businesses are finding sneaky ways to rip off the customer but, when you change an established menu item, customers WILL notice.

And, not being smart enough to change the plate size is especially stupid. At least TRY to hide the scam better. The food used to fit on the plate but look at it now (photo included)

Sad. Cheap. Disappointing.

I just want to give a huge shout-out to Michailla and Mike at Kelsey’s. Hands down, some of the best service I’ve had anywhere. She was friendly, attentive, and on point from the moment we sat down. Drinks were always topped up, food came out exactly how we ordered it, and she checked in at the perfect times without ever feeling pushy.

You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers — her energy, her professionalism, and her attention to detail made the whole experience 10/10. If you’re going to Kelsey’s, ask for Michailla. She’ll take care of you.

We were in the area and decided to stop by for a quick app and some drinks. So glad we did because Nadia was amazing! Such a fun energy and vibe. Loved having her as a server.

The way the staff is treated is absolutely astonishing. I have been to this location many times and I have twice witnessed not only the manager but older staff members yell at the ladies that run the front. I understand this is a business and mistakes happen, with that being said it is extremely unacceptable and inappropriate for grown adults to acting this way towards other staff members that do not look anywhere near 25. While waiting to be seated today, we witnessed an older server screaming at the girls in the front, the manager did not interfere in fact he just stood there watching. This is extremely unacceptable and this establishment has gone to shit, hire better management and take care of your workers. I guarantee you will have a better establishment then. Our server Jacy was amazing.

I visit this branch on a fairly regular basis, I always feel welcomed especially when Jen (Evans) is working. She’s always attentive, responsive and friendly. The food and drinks are great. The atmosphere is inviting and I appreciate the hospitality whenever I visit.

i had such an amazing experience at kelseys and i want to share how much i enjoyed it. from the moment i walked in i noticed how clean and welcoming the restaurant felt. the tables were spotless the floors were tidy and everything was organized which made it a really comfortable place to eat. the service was just as great. the staff were super friendly and attentive always checking in to make sure everything was going well without being too much. they brought our food quickly and with a smile which made the whole visit feel even better. now for the food which honestly was the highlight of the night. the mac and cheese was creamy cheesy and cooked to perfection with that comforting flavor you can't get enough of. the chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and tender on the inside with just the right amount of seasoning. the burger was juicy flavorful and stacked just right while the fries were golden hot and fresh with the perfect crunch. everything tasted like it was made with care. overall i loved my visit and would definitely recommend kelseys to anyone looking for great food and service.
