Kelseys Original Roadhouse

Great place and I have heard lots of things about this place so came to try wings.
It was spicy and good however when we order spinach dip.
We did not like cheese one we asked if we can get baked one server offer 50/50 we asked if he could change it since we don't like it but he said it will go bad.
Well in the end we could not use free spinach dip coupon which we had in email.
It was okay afraid to try other Kelseys.

I’m giving this a two star because the service is wonderful and the staff is amazing and helpful with accommodations. The food otherwise was just not it. The nachos were completely overcooked and the Mac and cheese was…lol just pass on it.

FREE WIFI. Lots of parking! Food and beer was great! Chill atmosphere and good heated area. Servers were friendly and nice. Seated quickly, barely any wait time for food and drinks! Would come here again!

I had a 5 star experience at Kelsey’s Roadhouse on Queen Street . From the moment we arrived, the hostess was absolutely amazing. She greeted us with a genuine smile, was friendly and professional, and made us feel welcome right away. Even while managing a busy front area, she remained organized and attentive, which really set the tone for the rest of the visit.

The overall service was excellent from start to finish. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, checked in at the right times, and made sure everything was taken care of. The team worked well together, and the atmosphere felt smooth and well run.

The food was just as impressive. Everything arrived hot, well presented, and full of flavor. Portions were generous, and it was clear that care went into both the preparation and presentation. Overall, the combination of great service, welcoming staff, and quality food made this an outstanding experience. I would definitely recommend Kelsey’s Roadhouse and will be returning.

Terrible experience. Went there for dinner. When we walked in we noticed a kids sports team at a table with parents. We are a hockey family so we know how these things work. They were all being served their meals so we felt there should be no problem with service or a small delay if anything. It took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and seat us. Then we waited over 15 minutes for a server to come take care order and that was only because my wife flagged someone down. We decided to place are drink and food order right away to help with time. Not once did someone come to check on us, to see if we needed another drink or to even offer apologies for the delay. Finally flagged someone down to fined out about our food. Git a bunch of excuses and then it finally came out. Unfortunately the food quality was no where worth the wait. Loaded baked potato we paid extra for was not even close to loaded and burnt. My daughter ate one wing as they were terrible. The bottomless pop you pay 4 dollars for we could never get refilled. The only positive I can say is when I asked for the bill I was struggling with leaving a tip. I am too nice of a guy most of the time but also was not feel they earned a tip. When the person handed me the debit machine she had already put $0 for the top. I guess she could tell buy our faces we were not happy . We will never go there again.
