On November 9th I went to KFC drive thru purchased a four piece meal ,they told me they only had legs and that I would have to wait 17 minutes if I want a mixture of chicken. I said I would wait. Drive-thru lady told me that I had to come back in 17 minutes I said What do you mean I have to come back in 17 minutes If I'm sitting here waiting 17 minutes The most courteous thing a business could do is bring it out to the car for waiting that long. She responded and said we don't do that I said that's really horrible customer service why would I have to circle through drive-thru when it's not my fault that your business wasn't proactive and putting down chicken.. I give this place a one star. Customer service definitely needs work I feel. The only thing good about coming here was at the food was fresh.

I recently visited KFC and had a very disappointing experience. We ordered standard white meat chicken, but were given dark meat instead. To make matters worse, the chicken was excessively salty, which overpowered the flavor and made it almost inedible. When we pointed out the mistake to the staff, the customer service was poor—they seemed indifferent and didn’t offer any solution. Overall, the visit was frustrating, and we expected much better from such a well-known brand. Definitely not going back anytime soon.

I ordered 12 pieces of chicken and large fries, clearly add asked for half dark and half white and ketchup. I was given all very small pieces of dark chicken and only one pice of ketchup, yes ONE piece of ketchup for 12 pieces of chicken and large fries order. Unbelievable!!!!!!! It seems like KFC is trying to increase their profits by saving on ketchup ????
I recently ordered from KFC Canada, and I'm incredibly disappointed. The chicken was dry and overcooked, lacking the juicy tenderness I've come to expect. The fries were flavorless. To make matters worse, the fried chicken had hairs in it.
I really wanted to try KFC since all of the Ontario locations were recently made halal but I felt they are lacking the taste and freshness in their food. I won't be returning anytime soon.
I am positive it’s new owners, best kfc I had in a long while there is a difference in the crispness and it’s awesome ?? ..

I have visited this location multiple times and it has always been a sheer disappointment in terms of taste and service . The staff here is so rude they would think twice while even giving napkins. I ordered three zinger burgers and all of them had a bare minimum sauce and when i asked the cashier to put some more sauce she said that’s how we make. When i asked to put give me the mayo she said that it would be 50 cents extra. Extremely rude service. I AM A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF THIS FRANCHISE AND THIS STORE SO FAR HAS BEEN THE BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT SO I WOULD RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE EVER

Pathetic service, made food experience very bad. After paying at drive thru window. I was told to come back on window after 7-8 mins. I requested to bring the food outside. But I was told to come back at the window. And to top that… a very rude cashier/server at the drive thru window.
