Placed an order for 7 Tuesday specials, was promptly informed that I would have to wait half hour for Chicken. I said no problem i would wait. Gave 40 mins before approaching counter only to be informed that they can only do 4 specials. How stupid that was. And then its another hour before chicken is ready. Please Brampton, hire persons who are competent and can communicate properly.

I ordered online on August 20th. I was told they didn't have spicy chicken so I asked to cancel my order or give me hot wings but they refused. I was told I will get my refund with 5 business days and I still haven't received it. They didn't want to give me a receipt to prove I bought food from them just in case my refund doesn't come through as I was told they need to email head office first. They argue with me before I got a paper receipt. I have made several attempts to call the store and they never pick up their phone. Today is September 1st and I still haven't receive my refund. The lady and manager working that day was very rude. I will never go there again. I hope you are not expecting me to waste my gas to drive all the way to remind you to refund me back. I have attached all the prove.

Ordered Popcorn Chicken usually comes in round container.now it comes in a little box but charged same price as the bigger round container.What a rip off.!!!

I wont be going back to this location after witnessing the horrible treatment of a customer over a coupon. The workers then started speaking in their Indian language about the customer, and ignoring her concerns. It was very hard to watch. The place is not clean for a restaurant, dirty tables and sticky floors, and horrible customer service! Canadian standards have gone to the bottom of the bucket.

Staff is rude and slow.....then i got the new pickle chips .... every poster, every pic shows it comes with a dip. AFTER SPENDING OVER 60 DOLLARS at this restuarant the staff argued with me saying you can only get the dip if ypu buy a boxed meal. They were going to charge me 64cents for a ranch. Well i said no on principal and ate them without sauce they were horrible dried out and tastless i will never buy them again. Then we went to get our fountain pop and all the fountains were empty of pop when i told them they said hold on....everything was hold on. Every customer was complaining about the wait. I never come to this retaurant and for sure i will never come back here again

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. I ordered a new meal and the chicken I received was extremely oily—it felt like I was eating oil instead of chicken. When I went to the staff to complain, they said they would change it, but the replacement was no better and still full of oil inside.

The quality of food was unacceptable, and the staff didn’t provide any real solution. I would not recommend visiting this location again. There are far better places to enjoy fried chicken without having to deal with such poor quality and service.

I went to order through the drive- thru… and no one responded. Then I went to the window and asked them that no one responded, the girl said that I should try to speak before the screen and thats why we were unable to listen to you. Like seriously? Rather than apologizing she said that you have to come back and order again. I order again and then at the window they said you have to wait for 7 minutes and have to come back again at the window. Worse experience I have ever had.

The staff don’t bother if the customer is waiting at the counter to order.. I waited for 5 minutes to come someone at the counter, 2
members seen me and they just ignored like don’t care about the sales and customers

Went today at 4:45 pm to get a little snack wrap. Opened it in the parking lot and it was just a mess, with sauce everywhere, the bread dry and broken. Went back thru the drive thru. Lady asked whats wrong with it. Gave me a wrap in 10 seconds and said she made a fresh one. Which was NOT TRUE. She wrapped the same one and handed it to me. Unsure who your manager is at this location but this was absolutely the worst service I've ever had.
AND ITS FAST FOOD LOLLL.
FYI the wrap is on the ledge by the drive thru window.
