Worst kfc ever , so much attitude problem. We pay for our services, yet we get shitty service. They should close this kfc. People don't want to work here. Garbage quality. I waited 10 mins, still got cold food. They gave me attitude for asking fresh.

I recently had a disappointing experience with KFC that I feel compelled to share. On December 8, we picked up a meal only to find that the chicken was oily, overly dark, and had an unpleasant smell. It was not what we expected, and we ultimately had to discard it and find an alternative for dinner. After contacting KFC to address the issue, we were initially offered a resolution by a representative named Kulwinder. She communicated with her senior team and promised to provide us with 16 pieces of chicken for free as compensation, with the understanding that we would pick it up during her shift. However, when the time came to collect the chicken, Kulwinder not only failed to honor her commitment but also denied us the promised compensation without explanation. This experience was frustrating and left us feeling disappointed with the service, as the resolution that was initially agreed upon was not fulfilled. I hope KFC takes steps to improve both the quality control of their food and their customer service practices.

just went through the drive-through. Monday night, December 9 at 8:15 PM. Whoever was there at the drive-through window tonight was extremely rude. I asked for some sauces and they acted like it was a problem. Never felt such disgraceful service in my life. I wouldn’t recommend this location to a dog on the street.

Firstly, I'm here several times a week, I just spend 38 dolllors to get only 3 ketchup..an we didnt get the bbq sauce we asked for for my child......I made sure to ask for more cause last time I didn't had any....like how people gona eat so much with 3 ketchup yet spending their money also on combs if you ask for breast you not supposed to go to pay 3 dollars more.... absolutely terrible disgusting service.... to keep supporting these people
