Worst fried chicken ever, the chicken was soggy. The place was not clean and the same staff moping outside and serving the food. Money not worth it.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, nor do I enjoy doing it. However, this KFC location has exceeded the scale of unprofessionalism, with over 40 minutes taken to prepare a simple order. Then, when I called them to inquire about my order, no one picked up the phone and I had to ring them a second time. Just before the voicemail someone miraculously picked up. Great food here, but honestly you’ve gotten too comfortable. For this being a KFC, I would expect top notch customer service and efficient food prep times. But I guess it depends on the owner not on the franchise.

Experienced Extremely incompetent service at this store location. Had purchased an item in store for takeout, after leaving store, later discovered the order served was incorrect.
Upon re visiting the store at earliest convenience to have the issue corrected, manager behaved in an ignorant fashion in her exercise of discretion and discernment in light of the evidence provided.
Had to experience this poor reality as a result of a negligent decision of an employed staff member.
