I placed an order through SkipTheDishes for a 3-piece meal with WHITE MEAT ONLY and NO WINGS because I cannot eat any other parts for health reasons. To make sure there were no mistakes, I even called the restaurant and paid extra to get exactly what I ordered. And I received A box full of wings. No white meat. No meal I can eat. No dinner at all. As soon as I opened the order and realized the mistake, I tried calling the restaurant multiple times to fix it. They refused to answer the phone. Completely ignored me. No accountability, no customer service, no respect. So now I’m sitting here having paid good money for food I cannot eat, with nothing for dinner, and a restaurant that clearly does not care once they have your money. This is beyond frustrating it’s disrespectful, careless, and unacceptable. If you’re going to charge extra for custom orders, the bare minimum is actually giving the customer what they paid for and at least answering the phone when you mess it up.I will not be ordering from this KFC again, and I strongly warn others don’t trust them to get your order right, and don’t expect help if they mess it up.
