This KFC location is terrible. They never have crispy chicken, even though it’s one of their main advertised items. I come here frequently and they’ve never had it in stock. On my last visit, I waited 5 minutes for hot wings only to be told they didn’t have any. Then I asked for ketchup — a basic condiment and that also wasn’t available.
The staff was rude and dismissive, the store is always understocked and poorly managed. Don’t waste your time or money here — go to another location if you actually want decent service and the food you paid for. What a shame.

Came to this KFC’s drive thru and I was baffled at my experience. First of all, we waited 15 mins in the drive thru for a simple order. The lady who took my order was slow and did not understand anything. She had no basic customer service skills. The guy making our food asked her if we wanted fries and I had to tell them thru the window that we ordered a combo, so yes. Not to mention there’s Punjabi music blasting in the kitchen. This isn’t the KFC I grew up with lol so terrible

I had great friendly service at KFC today. AISHIKA was very helpful when picking the food and making the order, she helped me throughout patiently.

Every time I visit this location through the drive-thru, my order is missing items. It’s very frustrating to pay for food and then get home to find something missing. The service is not organized, and the food is often not made properly or as ordered. This has happened multiple times, which shows there’s no improvement in quality or attention to customers. Very disappointing experience.
